Wave mission (part 1)

"You guys are here," Minato said, My and team were called in on an off day which usually happens when shit hit the fan, and looking at Minato who had an unexplained worry in his eyes. Shit hit the fan. 

"What's the mission, Sensi?" Kakashi asked in his rare serious voice, Minato said 

"I sent team 7 on a mission that was originally a C-rank but it seems that they encountered some troubles, all other teams are on a mission so I had to call you in," Minato said, giving us a mission. 

"Pack for a week, we will leave in an hour," Kakashi said looking at us, everyone else left with body flicker which I taught them just in case. Tasukihime learned it in under 3 tries meanwhile Sai acted like he was learning it for 5 tries. Kakashi looked at me questioningly when I said 

"I have a month of supply on me all the time in a timeless seal," I said, to which kakashi nodded and left with me. We reached the gate where the other arrived already, I guess they had enough common sense to pack their bag easily although they kept it at their homes. After a quick Q and A, we left for the team using body flicker since this was a race against time. We moved from tree to tree and finally reached a clearing, I held my hand up in a fist to single a stop for the other two and scanned the clearing.

"One, We found team 7. Two, they are currently fighting against A-rank Zabuza a missing ninja of the hidden leaf, and A-rank Mangetsu Hozuki, another missing ninja of the hidden leaf." I said, from my knowledge, he was supposed to die I don't know when but I am sure he is supposed to die. "Currently, kushina-san is facing Zabuza meanwhile the 3 siblings are facing Mangetsu Hozuki. You two help the 3 protect the target, kakashi sensi go help Kushina-san. I will deal with Magetsu." I said and left.

The team looked dumbfounded at me, not only because of my seriousness but also because of how I took the lead even though kakashi was supposed to be the lead I didn't care as my body flicked in the middle of the fight with my sword blocking Shibuki. My body, however, was facing nami who was surprised and in tears. "Rest up, I will deal with this," I said and wiped her tears while also checking the system which had a new mission in a very long time.

I smiled, while Haruto said "Show off" and Naruto said, "You stole our lighting". I looked behind and matched my eyes with that of Mangetsu, and said 

"Sorry for what I am about to do to you"

Mangetsu immediately felt my blood lust, as he jumped away from me but I ain't going to allow him to do that easily now am I? I pressed forward in a forward slash, he used his sword to block it. We reached a stalemate again but this time, Mangetsu was less surprised and activated his Shibuki effect and blew everything up. I sent flying back and used my feat to break the fall, when I regained footing Mangetsu was already on me with a side slash. 

I bend my waist to form a 90-degree angle with my feet and let the sword pass through before pushing my sword forward in a stabbing position. This was blocked by a kunai he pulled out of nowhere, however, he pushed back a lot. I smiled, I don't know why I am smiling nor do I know the reason why I am. I just feel…excited, my heart is pounding out of my chest I feel the blood rushing to every part of my body and then there is this feeling. 

I feel like I have touched the heaves itself, the vast universe has become me. 'What is this?' I thought to myself not understanding what was going on, but my eyes never left my opponent he also had a smile on his face one that was of the crazy kind. He engaged in another battle of words this time using body flickered to enhance our speed. When it was over and we went back to the spot we were in, I could see that I had inflicted damage on him but more than that was inflicted on me. 

I still don't feel pain but this strange feeling of high, "HAHAHHAHAH" I laugh uncontrollably as I reach enlightenment of my sword. The onlooker and the person in front of me looked confused as hell course I agree too since you could see lots of cuts on my body most of which were thanks to the kunai and shuriken that were summoned when I couldn't react in time.

This was something to be expected since most of my status is in the 30s and Jonin has the majority of the status in his 40s. I could never possibly win in a physical fight, chakra maybe since my chakra is at near low kage level. Mangetsu "Haha, what happened? Did you realize your stupidity in challenging one of the 7 swordmen of the mist?" He said with an arrogant voice, I could hear Zabuza also mocking kakashi and kushina for this. 

"No, I am just enjoying this fight. Anyway, I was stupid to try and conceal my swordsmanship in front of one of the 7 swordmen of the mist. Mangetsu, history will remember your name as the first person to have died under my very own sword style." I said with a confident grin, Mangetsu's smile faltered as he then said 

"You are quite arrogant for a mere Genie" 

I ignored this comment and pushed myself forward using chakra to enhance my muscles out of their natural mode. I need a lot of physical strength, so I need to use this technique my training partner taught me.

"Eight gates: Gate of Opening, open," I said to the shock of kakashi and kushina who knew what this was. I was taught this by Rock Lee, I met him during one of my training sessions we quickly became friends since he is my favorite character, also the reason why I want to equalize everything, and one of the people who I get along with the most. I felt the chakra running through my body as I pushed at breaking speed, my system also nosed a notification.

This pushes all my stats into low Jonin, now I combine this with my original technique of sword which I just created when I was in the middle of the fight using my enlightenment.

"Divine Destroyer: 3rd Form: Celestial Crescent," I said as I did a high-speed, arcing slash representing a crescent moon with the empty side facing me. Mangetsu tried to jump back but the swordform'sm speciality is that it is an optical illusion. A very small genius if you want to say that, the sword is closer just a few inches then you realize this caused Mangetsu to have a vertical crescent moon on his body which swiped blood everywhere. 

I did not let him rest as I pushed my body further, I twisted my body to perform a strong horizontal slash, followed by consecutive slashes by swinging the sword around causing multiple small cuts from the tip of the toenail to the last strand of hair. At least, that was what it was meant to do but my inexperience and weakness were only able to give him multiple slight cuts around his chest, and shoulders. I yelled the name of the technique as per the anime rules "Divine Destroyer: 4th Form: Wrathful Drum".
