CHAPTER 47***DANGER IN A CITY***

Chen always went to the ward to check up on his best friend and thankfully, he was getting better. Clair had already been discharged by the healer. Chen drew closer to Mr Ken with each passing moment. Mr Ken and Chen were talking while eating in his quaters when his phone pinged. It was a request from the phoenix robe guild.

Several ants marched heavily from a portal heading towards the city nearby. The stomping of the ant horde could heard by the resident of the nearby city.

A large mansion stood tall, the mansion was the base of the phoenix robe guild. An alarm went off and an announcement was made. "Dungeon break in Sector twenty one, i repeat, dungeon break in sector sector twenty one". A mechanical voice bellowed. The captain of the guild stood up, appointing about twenty other guild members to follow him including the vice captain. They went into a room where a mini portal was set. The room was obviously an advanced computer and mechanical room. A young lad was busy working but he stopped as soon as he saw his fellow guild members. He had a little conversation with them. " where to captain?". The young lad asked. "Sector twenty one". The captain answered. The young lad began to type away on a holographic computer screen. The portal was activated and the captain walked into it accompanied by other guild members.

In a city, the captain walked out from a portal accompanied by the other guild members. The ant horde had caused quite a ruckus in the city. Houses had been collapsed, people had been severly injured, some people hands had been detatched from their body, while few had been killed. The captain of the phoenix robe guild spoke. " All healers, go help the injured". He gave a command. Seven guild members detatched from their fellow members into the city. The captain and the rest of the guild members began to attack the ant horde. Fire balls were shot at them, water snakes were shot at them, several other attacks were launched at the hordes of ants. "Those little attacks won't kill them, they are all middle stage intermediate beasts". The captain warned. He began to launch large attacks, killing the ant beasts." Flaming spear". This was an intermediate skill that all fire manipulators are supposed to learn but the flaming spears of the Captain was on another level. Mere looking at it, one would know that the flames around the spears were condensed and more powerful. With a wave of both of his arms, all the flaming spears shot towards the ants. One hit and they would be dead. More than half of the ant horde were killed by this wide range attack. The vice captain who was an earth manipulator stood facing a large number of ants.
