The grin on Chen's face enraged the skeleton general and coupled with the fact thah it let its prey escape right before its own eyes. Luna burst out laughing, pointing his pink paws at the skeleton general mockingly. The skeleton general slashed repeatedly like a crazed zombie at Chen who instantly disappeared, the skeleton general looked around trying to sense Chen's presence but he wasn't there. The skeleton general couldn't dare to lose its prey so it speedily took off at an astonishing speed going after Chen. Chen who was at the front of the portal was suddenly blocked by the skeleton general. "Such terrifying speed" Chen's was in awe at the skeleton general's speed and so was Luna. The skeleton general made it impossible for Chen to pass through the portal by spreading miasma all around the cave. "Do not inhale the miasma, it's poisonous" Luna warned Chen through voice transmission. Chen immediately held his breath while staring keenly at the skeleton general. "Why exactly was this skeleton general bent on killing him?, it left his friends escape but it wouldn't let him escape?" Chen mind began to wander about looking for an answer to the question until he finally figured out the answer. Ever since the ancient crown of the skeleton general's crown was stolen by Luna, it hadn't let them out of its sight even for a minute. "You want the crown?" Chen suddenly asked the skeleton general to which it nodded affirmitively to the question. "Luna, you know what to do" Chen spoke using mind link. The muscles in Chen's legs got tense, the ground beneath him sunk in a little bit deeper before Chen took off from the ground heading towards the portal. "This is the last bit of strength my body could muster now" Chen thought inwardly while being airborne. The skeleton general also moved with incredible speed chasing after Chen like the previous times but this time its attention was divided, its precious crown had been thrown towards the other direction. Its stubborn prey or its precious crown, it had to choose one and thank goodness it chose the ancient crown over Chen. The skeleton general's fist was about to grabthe ancient crown at the same time Chen was passing through the gate. After Chen had crossed the portal gate along with Luna, the gate immediately closed.

Meanwhile, inside the cave

The skeleton general clenched its fists in rage crushing the pebble it was holding into dust. It's teeth gnashing against each other, its skinny frame shook violently. "NOOOOOOO" The skeleton general's roar shook the entire cave. It had been duped and played by a mere human.
