CHAPTER 67
***SWITCH SKILL***
Chen and Luna landed roughly on the other side of the portal. "How did you get out without the crown?" Chen asked Luna with a shaking voice. It was obvious that he was stressex and tired. Luna raised its tiny pink paws only to reveal the ancient crown of the skeleton general "Rest for now, i'll show you my masterpiece skill when you are worthy" Luna boasted as usual before Chen completely lost consciousness. The recuiting squad of the school came there to pick up their students, some had minor injury, some had fatal injuries and there were losses of students.
*In the academy, the injured students were taken good care of and Chen was among the students who were badly injured*
Chen woke up on a strange bed in a white room, his body a little weak but that was all. "Where am i?" Chen asked aloud but there was no one in sight to answer his question. "Ohh, you're finally awake" a voice replied Chen's initial question. Chen instantly recognized that voice "Luna" He called out and Luna appeared on his stomach with a fish in its little paws. "How did you escape the dungeon?, how did the crown get to you?, last i recalled, the skeleton general was supposed to be with the crown so please explain what exactly happened?" Chen began his barrage of questions. At that moment, the door to the room opened and a lady walked in hurridely. "You are awake" She spoke before taking a thorough look around the room, the only thing she could see at the moment was Chen and a small black cat. "He couldn't possibly be talking to himself or was it the black cat?" She thought inwardly. "Who were you talking to just now?" She decided to voice out her thoughts by asking Chen the question. Chen looked wierdly at her for some seconds before answering "i wasn't talking to anyone, as you can see i just woke up so it's either you heard wrong or i might be going nuts" Chen plainly replied scratching his head. "Wierd" the healer muttered. "Can i be discharged now?" Chen asked the healer. "Yes, but after some few checkups" the healer replied. After few minutes of checkups, the healer deemed Chen fit to be discharged but adviced him against fighting for about two days or he might face some drawbacks to which chen agreed before he was discharged from the healing ward. As soon as he left the healing ward, Damian was already leaning beside the door of the ward, waiting for Chen to be discharged as if he had been informed about it earlier. Damian drew Chen in for a tight hug. "Welcome back buddy" Damian spoke. "How long was i asleep?" Chen asked Damian. "About two to three weeks" The reply from Damian startled Chen. "That long, whoa. That's what i get for fighting with a grim reaper" Chen thought inwardly to himself. Just the thought of the skeleton general made him shiver in his boots. Chen went directly to his room after his encounter with Damian. In his room, he continued his conversation with Luna who was on his shoulder or more like his barrage of questions. "I learnt a new skill known as switch" Luna dropped the bomb.
