House Drakkengard

(Drakken's POV)

Maegelle looked at me, "So it is truly over?" She asked me, "You have ended the war?"

I nodded, "That is correct."

She was sitting across from me on the table, looking at the food being served to her. Her face was full of regret, and she had a sad frown. It had been a few days after the ceasefire and Maegelle had been so anxious and nervous the whole time. I can assume that she was not sure if I was going back on my word or not. She had seen her family one last time during the meeting and ever since then, there was been an air of sadness.

"House.....Drakkengard...." She said softly, "Why build a House?"

"The Duskguard is merely my military force, The Trinity is my religion, and House Drakkengard is my personal House." I said as I leaned back, "Obviously, I am not just any ordinary man but if I start abiding by the customs as this land and become superior to your Father's house, wouldn't that piss him off?"

She looked at me, "I...."

I chuckled, "Worry not." I said, "Ten years of peace. Ten years for me is nothing."

She rubbed the mark on her neck, which was a faint pink, "But for us....it is a lot of time." She said softly, "Men are not like you, a self-proclaimed god with great magic...."

I looked at her plate, "Eat your food. I won't poison you." I said, "I do not want my dear Maegelle to grow frail and thin."

"What will happen to me? What will you do to me?" She asked me

"Nothing." I said, "You are now part of House Drakkengard, part of the Trinity. You belong to me, that is all. Whether or not you consider yourself a piece of property, it doesn't matter to me. I won't harm you, I won't do anything to you. You simply live your life as you see fit. The thing is, I want you to experience what it means to be part of the Trinity, to be near a true god. The power of life, war, and death....it is all in the palm of my hand..."

"Why do you want Saera?" She asked me

"I don't. Not really." I said with a shrug, "Well, not her specifically I want you Targaryens to breed as much as you can. Aemon and Baelon are doing just that, I suppose. The magic in their blood provides me a certain high alongside a nice boost in my power....."

"So that is why you have me?" Maegelle said, "To....to take the magic in my blood?"

"Not you." I said, "Saera. I can always fly to King's Landing or Dragonstone and drain Aemon and his children should I choose to. Baelon and Alyssa too. I don't intend to kill anyone just yet. But to drain their magic, well....it is to be expected...."

She looked down, "I don't understand you....." she said

I leaned forward, "I thought you would." I said, "You spoke to me as if you knew so much about the kind of man I was. Well, it appears that after witnessing what I am capable of...your mind is clouded, no? Well, uncloud it. I wish for you to see the true me...and tell me what you understand.....these eyes of mine, what do you see?"

She looked at me, peering into my eyes for a few seconds before finally answering, "Emptiness...."

I stood up and within a blink of an eye, I appeared behind her, which took her by surprise.

"Hm..." I said as I placed my hands on her shoulders, "Maegelle....Maegelle..."

"Ah.." She flinched

I leaned down and patted her cheek, "You don't ever have to fear me. I will never harm you." I said with a smile, "Emptiness you say?"

"Well, I wish to learn more."

*************

"So you warged into the Guardian yet again....." I said as I rolled my eyes, "How many times have I told you not to do that, Mya....."

"Forgive me, my lord." She said as she sat on her bed, giving me a frown, "I had no choice....there were two dragons...."

"Hm....." I said as I looked at her, "Is that so?"

I was in Mya's chambers inside Harrenhal. This was a week after the order was given to relocate. She had taken a bit of time to move all of our belongings from the Tower. I gifted the Tower to Olyver Rivers as a reward for his actions in the War. I was going to be based here in Harrenhal so it did not matter to who occupied The Tower, so long as it was not empty.

Mya took all of my experiments and moved them to Harrenhal without much effort which included my Dragon Eggs and the Dragon Hearts that are currently in stasis and gathering power. I had ordered for the Castle to begin repairs and Mya told me that those that were refuging in the Tower have volunteered to help so long as they are protected.

She nodded, "My Lord..." She said, "I have accustomed to it. The Guardian always returns to slumber after it traverses so much land...I had to wake it..."

I nodded, "Yes...." I said as I placed my hand on my chin, "That is its flaw....I have to think of something to override that specific flaw. Can't have it exhaust itself too much and have it become useless.....I'll think of something...."

"My enhanced Warging was able to do the trick." She said, "I do not mind doing it."

"Too much warging into it will result in dire effects, Mya. Thread carefully when doing it." I said, "I told you that you need draconic magic in you to properly warg into the Drake....."

"Then give me some draconic magic, Great One." She stood up and walked over to me, "I have served you faithfully, loyally, for all these years. I have gathered followers for your cause, recruited Greenseers who will serve you without issue. I deserve such reward...."

"Hm." I said with a slight smirk, "I see....."

She placed her hand on my chest, "I just do not desire to feel a fraction of your pure power....I wish to bear you a child...." She said softly, "The child of the one true god...."

I patted her cheek, "You are quite the ambitious woman...."

"You do not show interest in the Targaryen girl.....and I know that you've asked for another one solely for the magic in their blood..." She said, "Please.....I will bear you a son who will lead your armies to war when the time comes, should it come. I will bear you a daughter who will continue your bloodline, a holy one.....please.....I beg of you...."

"You ask for this?" I tilted my head

"Yes..." she said as a tear rolled down her cheek

"Well...." I said, "I just founded a House....and well...Mya Rivers does not sound so.....Lady-like, doesn't it?"

She looked at me, "W-what?"

"I suppose I should reward you.....my first ever follower...." I said with a smirk, "We've come so far....."

"Mya Drakkengard."
