Not A Victim

The tension in the air snapped at Olivia's appearance. She stood on the stairs, looking almost surprised by the commotion she had walked into. Her eyes flicked between Emma and Leon, but neither of them moved to acknowledge her presence at first.

"Great, now you can leave. Your loved one is calling for you," Emma muttered bitterly, her words sharp and laced with frustration. She didn't spare Olivia a second glance as she brushed past Leon, heading straight for the bedroom without looking back.

Leon's eyes were still fixed on Olivia, but his mind was clearly elsewhere. He barely registered Emma's retreat, his gaze lingering on Olivia for a moment before he finally turned to follow her.

Olivia, however, took a step forward, hesitating before calling out softly, "Leon..."
