Empowered State Battle

Tim's Empowered State was not something that he bought at a store or something he learned by fluke. The skill was a bloodline skill that he created when he was not even awakened.

The bloodline skill made use of the almost infinite amount of mana energy that was present in his Inner Palace to super charge his shell in his Inner Palace.

Because the shell was super charged Tim also could relatively super charge his entire being. Everything that he could became super charged and empowered.

The first and only time that he casted the skill, he was un-awakened. He treated his then opponent like the opponent was an infant.

Now he once again casted the skill, except that this time his opponent was someone that was 3 ranks higher than him and someone that probably had backup lives.
