The city leader hearing all that Tim said was pissed. Her face literally became red from anger.

How could a 13 year old boy actually be this rude. She knew that Tim was a teen, but she just assumed him to be like a 18 year old teen or a 19 year old based on his look.

She had no idea that she the well trained and powerful teen she was in battle with was just a 13 year old.
