Chapter 28

Victor sat on the couch in the hotel room, his mind still reeling from the encounter with Ivy earlier that day. The girl, Alexandra, came towards him, a seductive smile playing on her lips. She took off his coat, her fingers brushing against his skin, but Victor's mind was still with Ivy.

He couldn't shake off the memory of Ivy's kisses, her touch, and her torture from that morning. He remembered how she had rubbed herself into his lap, teasing him, tempting him, and driving him crazy. His body had responded then, but now, as Alexandra tried to seduce him, he felt nothing.

As Alexandra got down on her knees in front of him, Victor's thoughts drifted back to Ivy's angry words, her tears, and her accusations. He couldn't help but wonder if he had made a mistake by trying to replace her with someone else.
