“If you don’t speak, we can’t serve justice to the humans who did this to you.”
“....”
“Can you at least tell us where you were kept?”
Yueul stood quietly, observing Wooheon and the man seated before them.
The man was visibly tense, his shoulders hunched, uncertain of where to direct his gaze.
‘Someone please tell me that not everyone in this association interrogate these poor anthropomorphs as harshly as Mr. Kang.’
Yueul frowned slightly.
Just hearing Kang Wooheon’s rigid tone made it seem like he was threatening those anthropomorphs rather than trying to help them out.
Yueul cautiously left the examination room in slight disbelief.
Acknowledging Yueul’s expression, a man standing outside smiled at him.
He was one of the staff who took care of the rescued anthropomorphs before they entered the dormitory.
“Do they always conduct investigations like that?”
“Mostly, yeah.”
“Not just Mr. Kang?”
