As the game progressed, Victor was surprised by how well Chloe was playing.
She moved with precision and speed, anticipating enemy moves before they even happened. It was clear that she had spent countless hours practicing and honing her skills.
Victor found himself having to step up his own game in order to keep up with her.
"My little niece you are only five to six years old how can you be so good?" Victor asked.
Chloe chuckled, a hint of pride in her voice.
"I've been gaming since I was old enough to hold a controller," she explained.
"And I've always had a knack for it."
Victor chuckled and shook his head in disbelief. He couldn't believe that such a young girl could be so skilled at gaming.
"You're damn good," he admitted grudgingly.
"Mommy taught me."
Victor raised an eyebrow, surprised to hear that Chloe's mother had taught her how to game.
"Your mom taught you?" he asked incredulously.
"I never took your mom for the gaming type."
Chloe giggled and nodded.
"Yeah, she's pretty good herself," she said proudly.
"She taught me everything I know."
Victor chuckled and shook his head in amazement. He never would have guessed that his sister was into gaming too.
"Looks like I'm the only one in this family who isn't a gamer," he said with a wry smile.
"Mommy doesn't like playing games to push unless she is super bored."
Victor new liked to sleep all day and if the world isn't in danger she would stay in bed all day long. Victor sighed he didn't even know what his sister actually did for a living. She doesn't work and stays at home to sleep all day long.
As the game continued, Victor found himself getting increasingly impressed by Chloe's skills.
She was able to take out multiple enemies at once with ease, her reflexes lightning fast.
Victor couldn't help but feel a sense of pride watching her play. It was clear that she had inherited some of his own competitive spirit.
The match was coming to an end, and the tension was high.
Victor could feel his heart racing as he watched Chloe take out one enemy after another.
Just when it seemed like they were going to win the game suddenly someone appeared behind Chloe's character ready to strike.
Victor's eyes widened as he saw the enemy sneaking up behind Chloe's character.
"Behind you!" he shouted, hoping she would hear him in time.
Chloe heard his warning and quickly spun around, dodging the attack just in time. Chloe greet her teeth she sat up on the couch and she moved her headphone as she sighed that was close!
"That was close."
Victor chuckled, his heart still racing from the near-miss.
"You got some quick reflexes there," he said admiringly.
Chloe smiled and sat back on the couch, letting out a breath she didn't realize she was holding.
"Yeah, I guess I do," she said with a hint of pride in her voice.
The game ended soon after, and Victor and Chloe both let out sighs of relief.
"That was a close one," Victor said, running a hand through his hair.
Chloe nodded in agreement, her heart still pounding from the adrenaline rush of the game.
"You were amazing out there," Victor said sincerely.
"I've never seen anyone play like that before. Tommy the other rider who I play with is…his so bad!"
Chloe chuckled at her uncle's comment, feeling a sense of pride in his words.
"Thanks," she said modestly.
"But it was a team effort."
Victor shook his head dismissively.
"No, I mean it," he insisted. "You have some serious talent."
Chloe felt her cheeks flush at the compliment but tried to play it cool.
"You think so?" she asked hesitantly, still trying to wrap her head around the fact that her uncle was actually good at gaming too. Chloe knows her mommy is extremely talented in gaming and creating games she has started playing games when she was just a small little baby.
"Uncle…I need to go to bed mommy won't be happy if I go to bed late."
Victor nodded understandingly, realizing that it was getting late.
"Yeah, you're probably right," he said reluctantly.
"You should get some rest."
He paused for a moment before speaking again.
"Hey, can I ask you something before you go?"
Chloe nodded, curious about what her uncle wanted to ask.
"Sure," she said, turning to face him.
Victor hesitated for a moment, as if trying to find the right words.
"Can I ask why your mommy doesn't like playing games unless she's bored?" he asked gently.
"It's just…I've never known her to be interested in gaming before."
"Mommy has so many hobbies!" Chloe said and Raven covered her sister mouth she muted the zsenb computer.
"We are the only ones who know all mommy identities so be quiet and don't say anything," Raven said sweetly her sister. Atticus took off his hand phone and turned around.
"That's right you must be careful Chloe you are the naive one in the family," Atticus said.
Chloe looked at her brother and sister, confused by their sudden hushed whispers.
"Huh?" she asked, furrowing her brow.
"What do you mean I'm the naive one in the family?"
Raven leaned closer to Chloe and spoke in a low voice.
"Just don't say anything about mommy's secret identities," she said firmly.
"It's important that no one finds out."
Chloe's eyes widened as she realized what her siblings were talking about. She nodded, understanding the gravity of the situation.
"Don't worry," she said quietly.
"I won't say anything."
Raven smiled and patted her on the shoulder before leaning back in her chair.
Meanwhile, Atticus was still looking at his sister with a mixture of confusion and amusement.
"You're really that naive?" he asked teasingly.
"I am not that naive! Plus my IQ is 245 only four points lower then yours!" Chloe whined.
Victor's eyes widened at Chloe's words. 245? That was an incredibly high IQ.
He had always known that his niece was intelligent, but he hadn't realized just how gifted she really was.
"245?" he repeated incredulously.
"Damn kiddo, you're practically a genius."
"Uncle Victor you can hear us now?" Chloe asked him after all she had been video chatting him while she played the game.
Victor chuckled and shook his head in disbelief.
"I can hear you now," he said, still marveling at the fact that this young girl had an IQ higher than some of the smartest people he knew.
"Uncle we have high IQ Atticus is 249 and Raven is 250."
Victor's jaw dropped at Chloe's words. 249? 250? He couldn't believe what he was hearing.
"Wait…you're all geniuses?" he asked incredulously, looking from one niece to the other.
Chloe nodded eagerly while Raven smirked smugly.
"We sure are," she said proudly, leaning back in her chair with a satisfied smile on her face.
"So either your mother or your mysterious father have high IQ."
"That is true, after all your mother got pregnant mysteriously she told you the story already don't worry to much about it," Victor said the little kids sighed they knew about that and there mommy doesn't talk about it nor does she care about finding there father.
Victor's heart ached at the thought of his sister struggling with her past. He knew that there was more to the story than what she had told them.
But he also knew better than to pry. His sister was fiercely independent and had always been private about her personal life.
"Hey, I know it's late but can I ask you something?" Victor asked, changing the subject.
The kids looked up at their uncle, sensing the seriousness in his voice.
"Sure," Chloe said, her eyes wide with curiosity.
Raven tilted her head slightly, waiting for him to continue.
Atticus simply crossed his arms and leaned back in his chair, listening intently.
"Ask away Uncle."
