She's exactly what he needs

Alexander stood up from Anna's bed, stretching slightly as he prepared to leave her room. He glanced at her, noticing how her hair was slightly messy and her cheeks flushed from sleep. It brought a faint smile to his lips, one that he quickly suppressed.

Just as he was about to step out, Anna mistook his departure for him heading to work. She frowned, standing up abruptly. "Wait! You're not thinking of going to work, are you? Not after how exhausted you were yesterday!"

Alexander raised a brow, amused at her concern. He crossed his arms, leaning casually against the doorframe. "No, Anna," he said with a small smirk. "It's Sunday. Even I don't work on Sundays."

Anna blinked, taken aback. "Oh, as if you mean it. I've seen you work on Sundays, don't think you can deceive me"..

Alexander smiled. "I was just going to take a bath, change, and come down for breakfast," he added, his tone teasing. "You should do the same. We can both use a fresh start today."
