185. Healed.

"After that, you have to take your medicine and sleep," Reina continued in a firm tone. "So you can recover quickly."

She held out her hand to Yosan, waiting for him to take it. Without much choice, Yosan accepted the offer, letting Reina help him stand.

The woman smiled thinly, then pulled him gently towards the door. "Don't try to refuse, or I'll feed you myself later," she teased lightly.

Yosan could only sigh, resigned to the excessive attention Reina always gave him.

In the dining room, Yosan, Reina, Elexon, Lia, and three of Reina's trusted aides ate their meals quietly.

The atmosphere felt warm, though not too crowded. Occasionally, the clinking of cutlery could be heard, blending with the aroma of the still-steaming dishes.

"You have to eat a lot to get healthier and stronger," Lia said softly, taking half of her meat and placing it on the plate in front of a black cat that sat sweetly on the chair next to her.

Reina, who noticed this, wiped her lips with a napkin before finally asking, "Whose cat is that, Lia?"

This was the first time she had seen the black-haired cat.

Lia, who had just put food in her mouth, turned to her mother and answered casually, "It's my cat. Grandpa Elexon gave it to me when he came back from the border earlier."

Hearing that, Reina took turns looking at Elexon, who seemed calm eating his meal while reading a summary report from Roland.

Feeling someone watching him, Elexon put down his fork and spoon gently, then wiped his mouth before finally speaking, "I found it while doing some cleaning at the border earlier. I thought it would be much better if I brought it home, so it could keep Lia company playing in the future."

Elexon recalled for a moment how he found a black cat with a body full of dust and wounds while cleaning up Arthur's subordinates who were causing trouble at the border. Seeing the cat's condition, pity arose in his heart. He had cleaned and treated the animal's wounds before deciding to bring it home. In his mind, he thought that the cat might be able to accompany Lia, who sometimes complained of feeling lonely when everyone was busy.

"Is that a problem, Mom?" Lia asked innocently, looking at her mother with round, hopeful eyes.

Reina looked at the black-haired cat with its striking yellow eyes. The animal seemed relaxed beside Lia, enjoying the pieces of meat given to it. For a moment, Reina sighed softly before smiling thinly.

"No, but you have to take good care of it, Lia," she said gently.

Lia nodded enthusiastically. "Of course, Mom! I will," she said, stroking her cat's head affectionately.

Elexon glanced at Reina briefly, a faint smile etched on his face. Although the woman looked tough on the outside, she was still a gentle mother in front of her daughter. Yosan, who sat next to Reina, also watched the interaction with a small smile, feeling relieved to see the warm family atmosphere.

In the dimly lit hallway after dinner, Yosan and Reina walked side by side. Reina said a warm, affectionate word to her daughter, who was hugging her beloved black cat tightly. Beside her, Nils held Lia's small hand, accompanying her as they waited because their rooms were in the same direction.

Actually, Lia's room and her parents' room were not too far apart. It's just that the size of Reina's spacious room made the distance between them feel longer.

"Doesn't Mom want to say good night to him too?" Lia asked, lifting the black cat she had considered a friend and part of her own family. Previously, she had promised to take care of, care for, and love the little animal.

Reina smiled thinly and stroked the head of the cat named Kkumi, a name Lia herself had given. "Good night too, Kkumi. Please take care of Lia for me, okay? If there is danger or an enemy comes, meow loudly. I will definitely come," she said softly.

"There are a lot of bad people lurking at night here, you know," she continued in a whisper.

She knew that the four-legged creature had a fairly high instinct and sensitivity. Although often seen lazing around, Kkumi could still be a reliable little protector.

At night, her enemies often intended to launch evil plans. It was no wonder that almost every night, she and several people in the palace had to step in to deal with those who infiltrated or had bad intentions.

As if understanding Reina's words, Kkumi meowed softly, making Yosan and Reina chuckle. Meanwhile, Nils only smiled thinly, in contrast to Lia, who seemed annoyed, clearly visible from the little girl's expression.

Reina chuckled again. "It seems you understand my words, clever cat," she said, stroking Kkumi's head again.

"Mom, why does Kkumi have to be given such a heavy task?" she protested. "Aren't there Uncles, Grandpa, and the soldiers who can protect me?"

"Mom can't burden him with such a task," she continued in a protesting tone.

"Alright, alright, Mom understands," Reina replied, still with a smile on her face. "In that case, Kkumi, you have to take care of yourself too, okay?"

Then, she looked at Lia gently. "Now it's time to sleep. You have school tomorrow, right?"

Lia nodded, then lovingly kissed both of her parents' cheeks alternately before saying goodbye. Nils took the little girl's hand, taking her to her room.

The sun shone, the fresh air blew gently, accompanied by the melodious chirping of birds. Nature seemed to welcome all the busyness of creatures on earth, including in the Lumina Kingdom.

Reina parted the window curtains, letting the sunlight illuminate her room. She took a deep breath before exhaling it slowly, enjoying the fresh morning air filling her lungs. In her arms, Kkumi, Lia's black cat, squirmed affectionately as if enjoying the same morning warmth.

Three months had passed since her relationship with Elexon improved. Meanwhile, Yosan had fully recovered from his illness and returned to his normal activities, including martial arts training under Elexon's guidance.

Hearing Yosan's disturbed complaints, Reina smiled slightly. She stepped closer, then crouched beside him. Her eyes observed the man's peacefully sleeping face, while the blanket was partially uncovered, revealing his mostly naked body. The masterpiece of their night together was evident. The marks of her grip, bites, and kisses left on the man's skin were proof of how hot the night they spent together was.

Reina sighed softly, suddenly feeling a little guilty. Thinking about it, it seemed she had gone a bit too far last night. After holding back for so long to maintain Yosan's health balance, she became too wild once the man himself started it. She knew Yosan missed her, just as she missed the man. Yosan's temptations and seductions were so sweet that in the end she couldn't refuse.

A thin smile formed on her lips. However, when she saw Yosan looking so comfortable in his sleep, Reina finally took the initiative to wake him up in a more pleasant way.

"Lia's Dad, come on, wake up quickly," she said gently, while moving Kkumi's tiny feet to touch Yosan's still-sleeping cheeks.

"You have to get ready quickly. If you're late, the Old Man can punish you with a hundred laps around the field later." Reina deliberately changed her voice a little, as if Kkumi was speaking.

"Don't lose to Lia? She woke up earlier and even went to school, you know..." she continued, still in a playful tone.

Yosan squirmed a little, but still refused to open his eyes. With a hoarse voice typical of someone who had just woken up, he mumbled softly, "Your Majesty, I'm still sleepy... please don't bother me. Or at least, give me a little more time."

After saying that, Yosan turned over, sleeping on his side with the blanket pulled up, covering his naked body full of Reina's traces.

Reina giggled softly, then stroked Kkumi's head before whispering something in her ear. "Kkumi, let's help Mom wake up Dad."

As if understanding, Kkumi immediately jumped onto Yosan's body and began to trample on him with her tiny feet.

Yosan groaned softly, still reluctant to open his eyes, but still protesting the disturbance. "I'm still sleepy... you two stop. I'll wake up later," he complained in a lazy voice.

Reina only chuckled. "No, now, wake up. I don't want you to be punished for being late just because you're too lazy to get out of bed."

Yosan finally opened his eyes a little, then looked at Reina with a half-conscious expression. He took a deep breath before smiling slightly. "If you wake me up another way, maybe I'll be more enthusiastic."

Reina raised her eyebrows, then smiled teasingly. "Oh? You want me to wake you up the same way as last night?" she whispered softly.

Hearing that, Yosan immediately grabbed a pillow and covered his face. "Forget it. I'm getting up now."

Reina laughed in satisfaction. "Good. Now, hurry up and get ready before the old man really punishes you."

After saying that, Reina kissed Yosan briefly, hoping to make the man feel better while giving him an encouragement to really get up.
