:The Wellington Residence – Strategy Room

"I am going to say this once, and I need everyone here to listen and listen real good," Aiden declared with a commanding tone. As he stood at the head of the table. Bard, Jayden, and Marina were all seated, along with Marcus and a few others—these are the people Aiden could trust. 

The message Maxwell sent earlier stayed in their minds, tormenting them on daily basis. 

"Maxwell isn't joking," Aiden continued. "I will not only be his next target, he's coming after everything I care about. And that includes Marina."

Marina sat up in her seat, "Then we fight back. We are not going to keep waiting for him to attack."

Aiden agreed with her, "That is what we are going to do. Marcus??"

Marcus was busy doing something else when Aiden called him... On hearing his name, he quickly jerked and leaned forward; spreading a series of documents and maps across the table.
