"It's pretty dangerous if done incorrectly and can prove deadly if the external channel had a weaker body than the intended 'Rebel'," I explained. But she hunched forward, looking back at me with wide eyes.

"Let your heart not be troubled, I've mastered it and can bypass that limit," I assured her, and though she remained hesitant, she let me lay my palms on her back. I smiled again. Too many times in one day if you asked me.
