Rise of The Holy-Realm Rebel

We set out early enough the next morning, feeling slightly less tired from our journeys. The thought that we still had quite a bit of time before we reached our destination weighed on me, but what could I do?

We were already traveling as quickly as we could. According to Eiko's revised estimation, we still had over a day and a half to go.

"Tch, it thought we'd have fought something by now. But we've only been encountering normal animals," Seinaru voiced his complaints at some point. I believed that steady peace felt unnerving for a battle-frantic person like him.

I giggled waiting for Eiko to reply, and she did; with a glare that could send shivers down the spine of any sane person.

She did her best to keep us safe, his words were triggering.

Still, as surprising as it seemed, she responded to him. Though still not in words. Instead, rather than taking turns to avoid them, she let us walk into a group of gorillas… And only then did she speak.
