14. Danzo's 'Death' and Interrogation: Part 1

I entered the Hokage Office with Hiruzen and Kushina, and we found Danzo sitting on a sofa as if he wasn't the least bit affected.

Kushina flew in fury, covered in red chakra, and grabbed his collar.

"YOU BASTARD!"

And with a single punch, he was sent flying outside the office with a gaping hole in the wall.

And then, came a thud.

We looked from the hole, and Danzo was lying in the pool of his own blood.

I jumped down with a handstand, and then stood normally. I can't even jump properly.

and checked his breathing.

He wasn't breathing.

But this doesn't mean that he is dead. Afterall, a 13-14 years old Haku could make Zabuza appear like dead.

Hiruzen put a seal on Kushina to stop the leakage of Kurama's chakra and jumped down.

He was shaken as he checked his pulse and breathing.

"He is..."

I activated my Sharingan, and used a genjutsu to make my Mangekyo look like a normal 3 tomoe as I activated it.

Someone who has activated Mangekyo Sharingan doesn't need to actually look into someone's eyes for activating genjutsu. Like Itachi's finger genjutsu.

But it is undeniably weaker. A ninja with good chakra control like Sakura Chiyo, and even Kabuto will be able to break out of it easily.

It probably wouldn't work on Danzo.

"He is just pretending to be dead."

I said as I took out the needles from him. And Danzo started breathing.

But he kept his eyes closed.

I forcefully opened his eyes and put him under genjutsu, ordering him to confess everything. Including killing Mikoto and Mei which he probably didn't do.

A Mangekyo Sharingan can control Kurama, Danzo is no big deal.

"Did you kill Mikoto-sama and Mei?"

"Yes."

Hiruzen was shocked.

"How and why?"

"I had a deal with Onoki to sneak in his ninja to kill you. But that ninja didn't do as I told and instead killed Mikoto and Mei."

"How many times have you tried to kill me?"

"Aside from this, 24 times."

"Did you have secret dealing with Onoki and tell him my exact position inside the camp?"

"Yes."

I looked at Hiruzen then.

Taking out a kunai, I was about to slice off his neck, but Hiruzen stopped me.

"He has a lot of intel. He needs to be properly interrogated and his mind needs to be checked. You can't kill him right now."

"Fine. But I will be the one who will interrogate him."

"ANBU-"

I glared at him with Sharingan, and he stopped mid-sentence.

"Alright. He will be in ANBU's custody, and you will be the one investigating him."

"Fine."

I nodded, and just as Hiruzen relaxed a little, I cut off all of Danzo's limbs. Making him completely cripple.

"What are you doing!?"

"Just making sure that he can't escape, Hokage-sama. Don't worry, I know medical ninjutsu."

I totally botched up his cuts, burning his nerves in the process as well.

And then, I covered him in paperbombs. Hiruzen wanted to protest, but it wouldn't look good for him. He has to save his own skin right now.

"Hokage-sama, please ensure that this traitor and his subordinates dosn't try anything funny. I can activate these bombs from any distance, and they will also activated if I was harmed even a little.

We can't lose the information he has. Who knows how many people he has killed till now with his high position, right?"

With that, I punched him on the stomach, causing him to throw off everything.

I have put Danzo under my control, and the Uchiha clan will ensure that everyone knows who is the traitor.

Danzo is more or less dead. And after obtaining everything of value from him, I will kill him.

I guess Hiruzen didn't really expect Danzo to be doing such a thing so he allowed me to interrogate him right now.

Well, now I will have leverage over Orochimaru soon because Danzo will reveal some things about him. And I will get Edo Tensei from him.
