The dim corridors of the Vanguard base buzzed with activity as Tobi, Hannah, Moritaka, and Neon prepared for their secret operation.

The decrypted messages from Captain Erwin's datapad had revealed a meeting scheduled in the tunnels beneath the base—an exchange between Erwin and someone potentially linked to the cultists.

""Are we really going through with this" Hannah asked, adjusting the straps on her lightweight armor. "If Erwin catches wind of what we're doing…"

"He won't," Tobi said firmly. "We move quietly, get the evidence we need, and get out."

Neon was leaning against the wall, playing with a small gadget in his hand. "I'll put a spy device at the meeting place. We'll be able to see and hear everything without being too close."

"Good," Moritaka responded, his voice calm yet intense. "But we need a backup plan if things don't go as planned."
