A Bratty Roomie

It was Selene.

The same arrogant girl from her test group stood in the center of the room, rummaging through a trunk of luxurious clothes as if she owned the place. The very air seemed to thicken with tension the moment their eyes met.

Aria's heart sank. No. It can't be.

Her mind raced as she considered the dreadful possibility—was Selene her new roommate?

Selene, noticing her presence, stopped shuffling through her belongings and lifted her gaze, her emerald-green eyes gleaming with barely contained irritation. With an exaggerated sigh, she placed a silk garment back into the trunk and folded her arms across her chest.

Then, with an expression of pure disdain, she hissed, "You bitch, don't tell me you followed me all the way here."
