A few seconds later,

Reef is taking smaller steps. He is not in a hurry at all. He wanted to see the panic on the face of the newcomer.

He hadn't expected the opportunity to come for him to slay a talented Beast Tamer.

"It's a pity. But I can't let you live," Reef said.

Hearing that Jeremy simply smiled. He never expected this day would come sooner. He had thought that they would cross paths someday, but not today.

Both of us are standing face to face against each other.

Reef thought the newcomer was frozen in fear. He raises his hand to punch forward. He is aiming for the good and young face of the kid.

Cut!

At the same time, Jeremy quickly unsheathes his katana blade and swings it casually.

Puchak!

Reef only felt something flash before him. The blade slits his throat in a fraction second. A torrent of blood emerges forth the next moment.
