CHAPTER 6: THE WARRIORS WAY

The forest of Tamala is full of different creatures and monsters. The most common ones are Goblins, Ogres, elemental animals and also lycanthrope creatures that form their small groups of tribes. Tamala also has underground ecosystems of different dungeons that have different treasures and minerals.

The most sought-after minerals are the Navitas gemstones. Said to have been fashioned by the gods of Ayan themselves the Navitas gemstones have different elemental magical properties that are seeked after and used for the improvements of all the empires that exist within the world.

The gemstones are divided into different elements which include the fire element which is represented by the fire gemstone called Rubinus, the light element is represented by the light gemstone called Adamas, and the dark element is presented by the Dark gemstone called Opalus The earth element is represented by the earth gemstone called Prasinus, the water element is presented by the water gemstone called Topazus and the Air element is presented by the Translucent stone named Lucere.

The gemstones are used for enhancing magical everyday items and also used to make weapons for soldiers in the battlefield, mages and wizards, adventurers and also used in different industries within society like blacksmithing, ship building and other important vehicles that are powered by the gemstones.

Asani wants the gemstone of Rubinus, which, together with the dark gemstone of Opalus, isn't as easy to obtain. They're mostly found in unsafe natural environments like high mountains or are sometimes found in other empires' territories where they discover the ore for mining or in dungeons where adventurers seek them for fame and glory but at the cost of their lives.

To achieve his goal of making the device that will take down the goblin attack and also improve his magic element of fire while also keeping his dark element at bay, he needs to get the rubinus gemstone.

At the guild, after leaving Jankin's office, Asani is then escorted into the lobby by the new staff that Jankin was sexually harassing. Her name was Anne, a female Fox lycanthrope that was clearly under a slave contract with Jankin. Asani, noticing her plight, urged her not to feel frightened and that he could help her to solve her predicament.

"Listen Anne you're gonna be okay, I will help you be free of Jankin," Asani reassured the young girl.

"H... how did you know my name?" the young girl asked in shock.

"Your name tag, silly," Asani answered gleefully.

"I... I have no idea of the freedom you speak of sir, please go to the reception's desk to retrieve back your license." Anne replied while trying to get hold her composure.

As Asani continued the conversation, he stopped and noticed that he was being spied on by another person who was using a spell. Asani immediately noticed that it was Asafa and stopped conversing with Anne, who was terrified and didn't want to continue talking to Asani. He then went to the reception desk at the lobby where the crimson blue was waiting for him. Hudson, who was beyond furious, wanted to attack Asani, but Asafa arrived at the lobby and gave Hudson a glaring look that could melt an entire mountain of ice.

Then Asafa called Hudson who was tensed up as he thought he was going to lose his adventure licence but Asafa just wanted to talk to him in his office about the new dungeon that Asani had discovered.

"Follow me to my office Mr Hudson," Asafa stated in a cold tone.

"Why? I haven't even touched the dirty worm yet," Hudson retorted.

"Follow with me to my office Mr Hudson and don't make me repeat it," Asafa commanded in a low yet shilling tone. 

"Yes, Mr Asafa, sir," Hudson answered in an intimidated way as he followed Asafa without a second thought.

Asani then retrieved his license and set out to look for the dungeon but before he did that, he needed an adventuring party. So, He went to the lounge area, where adventurers hang out and have drinks and food, to scout for potential party members. He sat at a small booth where only servers are reserverd to sit and he he ordered a soda beer and drank alone, as adventurers started to watch him as the news of the dungeon keeps spreading. 

That's when Aaron Hopkins, together with two female adventurers named Ava, a water mage and Lydia, a fire mage, came to Asani. Ava was a timid, shy girl with blue eyes and a light olive skin tone who was very soft-spoken and liked Asani when he was a server due to Asani helping her when she had a small injury. Lydia was an outgoing, impatient and sometimes aggressive brunette with brown eyes and a tanned skintone. Lydia and Ava were inseparable. 

Aaron and the other two adventurers wanted to go to the dungeon that Asani knew about. Asani knew that news of the dungeon will move fast and he wasn't surprised that Aaron and the rest of the guild adventurers were planning to either join him or threaten him to give out the information about the dungeon.

Aaron decided that he wanted to partner with Asani and that he plans to live the crimsons and start his own party. When Asani was in crimson, Aaron treated him and the rest of the guild members with respect and also a show of kindness.

He was strict and stern with his choices and goals, and he was a very proficient warrior who would attack the enemy with precision. With his mastery of the fire element and a knack for always making the best with what he has, he climbed the ranks and is a Domnus level seven.

As much as Aaron wanted to partner up with Asani, it was going to be difficult to do so, considering there were other guilds that also wanted that information. Out of the sixty established parties within the guild, the top big six parties include the Blue Crimsons, the Confero Legends, the Kadinali Kings, the Green Fabula, The Crossblade faction and the Lioncross forces.

The number one party that has done more missions and has taken down different classes of monsters and has the highest record is Kadinali Kings, followed by the Confero Legends, followed by Blue Crimsons, then Crossblade come in fourth, and fifth is the green fabula, with the sixth placed being Lioncross forces.

The top warrior of the Kadinali forces is Akabashi Renji. A very destructive magic warrior with only a katana as his weapon, and he controls the elements of earth. He is of above average height and wears a green and brown fur coat with two earrings that have a skull ornament on them. One thing Renji hates is weaklings and he always sees servers as tools he can boss around.

While Aaron was talking to Asani about how to partner up and make a party, Aaron suggested a party of five adventurers, three of which should be of warrior class. Considering it's an unknown dungeon.

"It's been a while, Asani. I heard you got attacked by goblins," Hopkins said while looking remorsefully, sorry for not paying a visit.

"Ronny, it's all cool, man. I was a jerk to you in the past, so I think I'm the one that should be apologizing," Asani replied sympathetically.

"Oh... oh, okay, so I guess it's water under the bridge then," Aaron answered.

"Yep, deep into the sea," Asani responded.

"So what brings you to my humble table?" Asani asked.

"Can we form a temporary party together and conquer the dungeon you discover?" Aaron asked in kind.

"I don't think that's a good idea," Asani lamented, Hudson wouldn't like if you started a party with me."

"Let me deal with Hudson. Besides, I was planning to leave Blue Crimson with the girls either way," Aaron stated.

Just as their conversation was continuing, Abakashi Renji interrupts their conversation and goes straight to Asani up close and personal, completely avoiding Aaron like he doesn't exist. Renji then goes straight to the point and tells Asani that he needs to know the location of the dungeon and that if he doesn't give him what he wants, he will torture him by using him as bait for the monsters in the Tamala forest.

"Ooi Asani-kun, yer filthy worm, you better give me the info on the dungeon, or there gonna be problems yer hear me," Renji commanded while staring down at Asani's face.

"Abakashi-san, I think you're mistaken, but I'm not the server kid you thought I was before," Asani replied while having his drink.

Renji then took the drink away from him and glared intently at Asani who now was redirecting his focus on Renji. That's when Asani released his Navitas Aura of darkness that was so terrifying that it made Renji step back a little, and shocked everyone in the guild, including Aaron and his female companions.

"Renji Kun, do you honestly think I would actually give you any info on the dungeon?' Asani asked while making a coneiving smile, I was never gonna give information to anyone.

Asani then stopped emanating his Aura as doing so can sometimes be a danger to his life and continues on by ordering another drink while shifting his focus on Aaron and his companion.

"Roony cool, how about you meet me tomorrow morning at the Abedi artificer shop," Asani remarked, and we then we can talk further about forming a party.

"Eh... okay, sure I will be there early in the morning." Aaron replied while still in shock.

"Oh, and fix you're issues with Hudson. I don't want to have to deal with him in the future.

Renji, now back to his senses gets pissed off at Asani as he leaves his both and walks towards the entrance. Renji then thought that throw out his entire adventuring career, no one and no creature or monster has ever made him frightened but only that person from his party. He has never taken a step back and has always stood his ground. And now a mere server has made him tremble. Renji smirked and decided to also emanate his navitas aura at Asani and everyone else while giving Asani a warning.

"Ooi Asani-kun, yer better be stronger because when we meet again, I won't hold back. Yer heard," Renji announced.

Asani then left the guild and prepared for the dungeon expedition, and he had to be very much in full form because the dungeon that he was going to was more dangerous and life threatning.
