"Master, something remains," Selene said, her voice echoing in his mind.
Kai's gaze narrowed as he spotted it—a faint glow in the distance, a soft violet hue that pulsed like a heartbeat. It floated gently in the air, as though calling out to him.

The moment his fingers made contact, the orb exploded with light, forcing him to shield his eyes. Wind whipped around him, and a deep rumble echoed through the area. Selene leapt in front of him, her threads spinning to shield them both from the energy surge.
"Master, be careful!" Selene's voice was sharp, alert.
The light dimmed, and where the orb had been, something much larger now hovered in its place—a serpent's egg. It was massive, nearly half the size of Kai himself, and its surface shimmered with hues of deep purple and black, lined with glowing golden cracks that pulsed like veins.

Selene glanced at him, her voice calm but firm. "With your system, Master, there is no risk. But know this—this creature will be strong, perhaps even stronger than me. You must be ready to command it."
Kai nodded, his resolve hardening. "Then let's do it."

The serpent's eight heads roared as one, the sound reverberating through the space like a god's decree. Purple mist swirled around Yami, forming intricate runic patterns in the air. The name had been accepted.
