3rd POV
Dr. Hodges stared at Sheldon, his mouth slightly agape, clearly perplexed by what he had just heard.
"What?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.
"We're going to show you my little brother's work and theories." Georgie said with a smirk. His confident tone made Dr. Hodges glance at him with an awkward expression.
"Fine. Whatever gets you out of my office faster." he muttered before turning back to Sheldon.
"So, what exactly do you want to show me, young man?" Dr. Hodges inquired, eyeing the notebook in Sheldon's hands. "You've got a theory about rockets? What now, are you going to tell me we shouldn't build them using baking soda and vinegar?" he added sarcastically.
Sheldon studied Dr. Hodges intently, his face serious.
"That's sarcasm, Sheldon." Georgie pointed out when he noticed his brother's lack of reaction.
"Oh… Soda and vinegar? How childish." Sheldon scoffed, shaking his head. This time, it was Dr. Hodges who looked a bit taken aback.
"So? What theory can you possibly present to me right now?" Dr. Hodges asked, attempting to compose himself.
Sheldon nodded and turned to Georgie. "Go ahead, tell him." Georgie grinned.
"I want to prove to you that I'm not some kid you can silence with a NASA patch. So, here—" he handed over the notebook. "I've developed a theory that I am 100% certain is correct: Rocket Reentry and Retropropulsion."
Dr. Hodges took the notebook and flipped through it, his expression skeptical at first. But as his eyes skimmed the pages, his smirk slowly faded. He glanced up at Sheldon.
"Haha… No way you did this…" He turned to Georgie, as if searching for confirmation.
Georgie's smug smile was all the answer he needed. Dr. Hodges fell silent, refocusing on the pages. He kept reading, but the deeper he went, the more bewildered he looked.
Finally, he looked up at Sheldon again, disbelief written all over his face.
"How… How did you come up with this?"
A quiet chuckle escaped from Georgie.
Both Dr. Hodges and Sheldon turned their attention to him.
"Didn't I tell you? My little brother is a super genius," Georgie said, crossing his arms. "You so-called 'scientists' really need to step outside your labs and see the world. The world isn't confined to your equations or your office. Maybe stop underestimating people for a change."
Dr. Hodges remained speechless as Georgie walked up and took the notebook from his hands.
"Shelly, I don't think Dr. Hodges understands what you wrote. Why don't you demonstrate it for him?"
Sheldon, after hearing Georgie's suggestion, shrugged. "Alright then."
He turned to Georgie, gesturing for assistance. Georgie quickly grabbed a small table to help Sheldon reach the whiteboard and even brought him a glass of water for later.

3rd POV
Connie sat with Missy nestled in her lap, while George and Mary occupied the seats beside them.
"Tell me something…" Connie began, her tone playful.
"Hmm?" Missy tilted her head, waiting for her to continue.
"Who do you like most in your family?" Connie asked, a smirk creeping onto her lips.
"Of course, it's Georgie," Missy answered without hesitation, but then paused to reconsider. "Georgie is first… then Mom and Memaw… then Dad… and last, Sheldon."
Mary's heart melted at Missy's response. Sure, she wasn't number one, but being second wasn't so bad.
Connie, on the other hand, glanced at George—who was already frowning—and decided to stir the pot a little.
"Why not your dad? Isn't a father supposed to be his daughter's first hero?" she teased.
"Dad is great, but I just love Georgie more now," Missy shrugged, then leaned in to whisper to Memaw, "Georgie told me that I'm the person he loves the most…"
Of course, her whisper was loud enough for everyone to hear.
Connie leaned in, whispering back just as mischievously, "…So you put Georgie first just to return the favor?"
George and Mary overheard the exchange.
"Hmm… not really. I just love him more." Missy giggled, recalling how Georgie once told her he loved her more than Sheldon.
George let out a snort. Mary chuckled, gently patting his shoulder.
"She's still your little girl, George." Mary whispered softly, ensuring Missy wouldn't hear.
"…You bet she is." George muttered, though he still sulked a little. The worst part? The one stealing his daughter's affection was none other than his own eldest son.
"Haha… You really love Georgie, huh? And Memaw is third? Why's that?" Connie grinned, giving George a sly glance, enjoying his frustration.
Missy looked between Mary and George before leaning in even closer to whisper to Connie.
"…Georgie is going to be a famous singer, and when that happens, I'll get to meet celebrities on TV…" she paused, then declared dreamily, "I want to marry Keanu Reeves."
"Ahaha, really? If that boy becomes a great musician, then I want to meet Johnny Cash!" Connie laughed, shaking her head.
George and Mary exchanged looks, speechless. Their daughter and their mother were gossiping about which celebrities they wanted to meet—completely oblivious to the fact that they were still sitting right there.
Not that they could blame them. If given the chance, they would love to shake hands with a few famous names too.
