"Yii!" Wallace shuddered as every hair on his body stood up when he saw the flowers that were brought to him. The lady who brought the flowers was another perfect lady. Everyone in the room was perfect, with no flaws in their bodies, especially the one who proposed to him. She looked like a fairy coming to the mortal world, untainted by anything in the mortal world itself. She had silvery-white hair and skin that was just like jade, along with a perfect face and body.
"Who are you?" he asked warily. He felt a sense of danger from her, one that he had never felt before.
"Sorry, I should introduce myself first," she said.
"I'm Athena," she introduced herself.
"What are you doing here, and why am I with you?" he asked.
"I just find you interesting, and I want to marry you. I'm sure I've fallen in love with you; you are my soulmate," she said with a voice that sounded like the jingling of two heavenly bells.
"Are you joking?" he stood up immediately.
"Will you marry me?" she asked.
"Where are we?" he asked.
"On our way to Craco?" she said.
"Why are you taking me there?" he asked warily.
"Will you marry me?" she said, looking at him with eyeballs that seemed to reflect stars.
"I don't know you, so why should I marry someone I don't know?" he asked.
"Are you rejecting me?" she asked, as the temperature in the room turned a degree colder. Even he could not help but shiver at the cold feeling invading his body.
"I won't marry you," he said.
"Really," she said, her eyes gleaming with a sinister light. He felt a pressure hit him as the lady moved toward him with a smile, and he moved back. This was the first time he felt hopeless since he had gained his powers.
"Hmm," he nodded, as he could not talk; he felt as if he would die the moment he spoke.
"I've prepared a long time for this day," she said; he was confused.
"I even wore my most beautiful clothes," she said, looking at him.
"I tried my best to look beautiful," she gripped the white flowing gown and
"Riip" she ripped it, turning it into a short gown.
"Whoosh," Wallace saw her disappear, and right before he could do anything,
"Bang" he was hit in the stomach, as if a truck had crushed his stomach.
"Arrgh" blood spluttered out of his mouth as he hit the roof of the train, and it dented. Within just a moment, dark flowing armor surrounded him and solidified, and the next moment,
"Bang" the armor cracked, and his bones creaked as another force hit his stomach again.
"Puah" he spat more mouthfuls of blood out, as the roof of the train cracked, and a hole was blown into the roof itself. It shook, as the passengers in it wondered what was going on.
On the roof of the train, Wallace himself staggered upward, as he felt as if someone was dragging something on the roof, making metallic sounds. He looked at the lady coming towards him with a smile; the smile was beautiful, but the sword she was dragging said otherwise. The sword was blood-red, with the design of two dragons crisscrossing on its hilt and flowing lines on its body, and it was super-large. It was a great-sword.
"Shriing" she rushed towards him while dragging the sword. A dark ink-like sword appeared on his hand, as she jumped up, and
"Clang" two swords collided.
"Arghh" he shouted, as he knelt on the roof that had already dented from the force; his whole body shook, as the hand holding the sword shook immensely. He gritted his teeth; the sword pressed down on him. The lady was smiling at him, like a predator looking at its prey.
She released the force, and it felt as if he had been liberated; he stood at the same time and crossed his sword across his chest.
"Clang" the great-sword hit his sword, and he was thrown back. With that same beautiful smile, she flowed with another series of strikes, and he blocked everything. By the time he blocked the fourth strike, he was already at the edge of the train. Any move, and he would fall. Blood was already streaming out of his palm, and his hand was shaking, as he felt as if all his bones had been dislocated.
The lady was distributing the force through his body, making his right chest start beating again, and he felt the warm energy being transferred through his body. His hands dangled to the side, as he knelt down powerlessly.
"Eiya" with a smile, she jumped up, and the great-sword came descending down.
"Now," he thought, as he gritted his teeth and rolled on the floor. The air around her blasted her, disorienting her, but there was no injury. He gathered force onto his leg and jumped into the air, appearing behind her before
"Boom" he mustered the remaining force his right hand could muster and
"Bang" palmed her back. She was thrown forward for a meter, landing on the ground. He watched as he moved away from her, and the train moved at a fast speed, leaving her behind.
His hands were already useless, as the warm feeling disappeared, along with the beating of his right chest. He felt pain wrack his body, as he rolled into the cabin of the train through the hole on top of the train. He stood wavering, thinking about his next line of action. He was going somewhere he didn't know, because he had been kidnapped by a psychopath.
"Hmm" his eyes widened, as his heart pounded, when he saw the same smile and beautiful face appear on the railing, holding onto the back of the train, applying strength. She smiled, as she looked at him, while trying to stop the train. The train screeched, and
"Clang" one part of the train got detached, leaving the other one that continued going, while it stopped.
His eyes widened, as he lost all hope, then the next thing he saw was the same smile, but what he felt was a hit on his stomach, as if a truck had hit him. The force got transferred to every part of his body, and
"Bang" the armor shattered. His skin split apart, as he felt one last intense beat on his right chest. He felt a hot feeling was transferred through his whole body, before he lost consciousness, with blood staining every part of his body.
"Looks like my future husband still has a long way to catch up to me," she said, with a smile.
"Can he catch up with you?" the former lady asked.
"Hmm" Athena nodded, and carried him up, not even worrying that his blood would stain her white dress.
"Isn't he handsome?" she asked, as she laid him on the bed.
"How long before our car arrives?" she asked.
"It will still take a long time," the lady answered.
"Ahh, I should not have stopped the train," she said.
"Too bad you always act first before thinking. As a lady, you should not always allow your strength to do the speaking," the lady said.
"I can't just help it," she answered.
"At this rate, he will run away from you," the lady said.
"He can never run away from me; I have him in the palm of my hand," she answered.
"Ahh" the lady shook her head.
"Hmm, who are these pests?" she said, with a displeased face.
"I will take care of them," the lady walked out of the train, and she saw close to thirty people waiting, with a woman in front of them.
"Why are you people here?" she asked.
"Hand Wallace over to us; he has something that belongs to us," the lady in front said.
"Sorry, I can't hand him over," the lady answered.
"We are Arishem's children, the supreme in the universe; do you want to die?" the lady asked.
"Who is Arishem, supreme in the universe? Bumpkins," she scoffed.
"You..." the lady was angry.
"Attack," she commanded.
The thirty transformed immediately into creatures that were over two meters tall, with long heads, and gleaming white armor surrounding their bodies. Each of them had five tentacles coming out of their backs. The tentacles gleamed, as they straightened, and rushed towards the lady, but they all stopped a meter from her.
"You are all bumpkins," she said, as she raised her hand, and the thirty rose into the air.
"Boom" they started to explode, one by one. Dark tentacles extended from inside the train, into the exploding bodies, and absorbed all the soul essence. The unconscious Wallace felt the warm, fuzzy feeling travel through his body.
"My husband sure is amazing," she said, as she looked at him.
"This is my first time seeing it, and it's amazing; to perfect the spiritual body, he needs a lot of souls," the lady said.
"Hmm" Athena nodded.
