So, you want to be an Exterminator?
It’s a crappy job—but hey, you’re still here, so I guess you’re serious.
Here’s what you’ll need:
• A 3,000-word will, at least if you’ve got family or someone who might miss you.
• An IQ of twenty or less, because that’s the only way you’d think this is a good idea.
• A high tolerance for putrid smells—trust me, you’re gonna hurl. And it’s gonna be messy. And no one wants to deal with a hurler.
• Oh, and a valid job permit. Because, you know, bureaucracy still exists.

With all that settled, welcome to the post-apocalyptic world of New Haven, where a hundred years ago, a highly contagious pollutant spread through the atmosphere. Half the world’s population died. The other half? Well, let’s just say nature got creative.
Now, monstrous creatures called Myutants roam the wastelands, and humanity’s survival hangs by a thread.
But don’t worry—Dead End Solutions is here to help! Call now and register today!
Remember, every Exterminator counts. Maybe as a statistic, but hey—you still count!

I really believe that you should give the book a few chapters to grow on you and to that end, happy reading stranger!
Author here! Rating this a 4.2 out of 5, because I kind of suck at character design and my update schedule's currently in the gutter. But hey, we'll get there eventually. This is less of a review and more of a guide, something to keep in mind as you read. A little insight into what this story is and what it's not. EXTERMINATE! is heavily inspired by darker fiction, select works from Dean Koontz, and yes, even some Chainsaw Man(not the weirder parts). I set out to create a gritty dark fantasy, not one with a by-the-book, clean-cut protagonist, but one that reflects the messiness and contradictions of real people surviving in a world as horrid as this. The story follows the Exterminators, as the name implies, and their lives as they claw their way through this world. They laugh, they die, they cry and sometimes, they don't laugh again. That's part of what I think makes this story special, it's grounded in a world that's harsh, unfair, and painfully real. Here are some quick clarifications for any questions you might have. • This isn't a harem story. I honestly wouldn't know how to fit that into this mess of a world. • There's no core romance. There might be a few meaningful connections here and there but it's not a main focus of the story. • The characters are the heart of this book. Their triumphs, their failures, their raw and ugly emotions, they are the soul of the story. • The antagonist (and the group around them) are some of the best I've written hands down. If you've read Koontz, you'll see the influence. So whether you're just starting, giving it a try, or already deep in the mud with the Exterminators, thank you. Truly. And if you ever have questions, spot something weird, or want to suggest an auxiliary chapter (which I love making btw), feel free to reach out. Happy reading, Exterminators!
