He looked toward the horizon.
"I was a Champion-level Trainer in my previous life. This time, I'll aim even higher."
His eyes burned with determination.
"I won't stop until I become the strongest Trainer in the world."
Misty shook her head with a grin.
"Can't tell if you're confident or just arrogant."
But she had to admit…
He had the strength to back it up.
With a small sigh, Misty asked, "So… are you leaving now?"
Her tone carried a hint of reluctance.
She had enjoyed their brief time together—finding someone she actually admired was rare.
But now he was leaving.
After just two days, he'd be moving on.
Satoshi smiled.
"I can't afford to stop. When I set out on my journey, so did hundreds of other Rookie Trainers."
"If I slow down, they'll catch up."
He paused, then added,
"Plus, I have hidden quests to grab before anyone else does."
Misty sighed in understanding.
"Even though you're already way ahead of everyone else, you still won't slow down, huh?"

She dropped the argument, then smiled mischievously.
"Well, if I can't make you stay… at least stay for lunch."
Satoshi chuckled.
"That, I don't mind."
