Chapter 11: Training

Hori:*yawn*

Hori sluggishly wakes up while stretching.

Hori:(I'm so tired)

Hori:(i wonder if haruki san would mind me waking him up)

She removes the bed cover to wake haruki up, and notices his...uhhh... his third hand erect.

Hori:...kyaaaaaaaaashhahahhahhahahahaahaah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haruki: Jesus fucking Christ! Who is screaming like that?!

Haruki:... hori?

Hori was in a corner breathing heavily.

Hori:g.. good...m..mm..mmooo... morning....ha.. haruki san....!

Hori repeatedly replied with an embarrassed face.

Haruki:(what's up with her?)

Haruki: looks down and sees his erection.

Haruki: oh my God, I'm so sorry!

He immediately bent his head down.

Hori:s... sorry for what.

Hori tried ignoring the situation looking all flustered elsewhere.

Haruki: you see it gets like that in the morning.

Hori: you really don't have to explain!

Haruki:it happens to most guys, and definitely not because I was sleeping with a girl.

Hori:stoooooop!!!!

Hori ran out all embarrassed.

Haruki stretches and comes out of the house.

Haruki: alright! Let's get started!

Time skip, haruki and hori took their bath and ate breakfast,it was bread and jam.

Hori was wearing a simple white singlet with black tights.

And haruki wore a black shirt with blue jeans.

Haruki: alright! your training begins today!

Hori: sir yes sir!

Haruki: and good thing we're in the forest! there's plenty of room!

Haruki: now since you're a rich girl, we'll start with basic exercise.

Haruki:(cause I'm not sure if she's ever done a days work before...)

Haruki: okay now give me 3 pushups!

Hori: understood!

Haruki:(let's see what I'm working with....)

Hori:....ehmmm, how does one do pushups.

Haruki:(*giggle*she's fucked)

Haruki: first you say you've never heard of pizza,then now you don't know what exercise is!

Hori faces her side feeling embarrassed.

Haruki:...*sigh*I'm sorry....

Haruki:(God she's like a kid!)

Haruki demonstrates a single push up.

Haruki: like that! now you do it!

Hori does the exact same thing.

Haruki:see? It's easy.

Haruki:(didn't she say she's never done a push up? that looked pretty good to me)

Haruki: now do like 50.

Hori: understood.

Hori gets to it (doing the pushups)

Haruki: I'm gonna go clear up inside the house, call me when you're done.

Hori: understood.

Haruki:....

He heads inside the house to arrange.

He carries up the futon, and cleares where they ate.

Haruki remembered what hori said last night, about haruki speaking to his mom.

Haruki:(I'm so stupid)

Haruki:(hori's dad disowned her without even hearing her out, meanwhile I'm busy ignoring my mom that actually wants to talk to me)

Haruki:(she must be angry with that)

Haruki looks at the smashed wall of the house.

Haruki:(i think I'll call some guys to fix up the house, maybe even re-innovate it since hori is living here now)

he washed the plates and decided to check up on hori.

Haruki:(it's been a while now,why hasn't she called)

Haruki:(honestly 50 pushups is just unrealistic, it's giving all those over powered anime characters)

Haruki:(damn I hate overpowered characters)

Haruki heads out of the house and sees Hori.

Performing one fingered pushups.

Hori:(32,33,34,35)

Haruki:oi,oi, oi! What are you doing?!

Hori stands straight.

She was sweating and breathing heavily.

Hori: haruki san!

Hori:i was done with the 50, so I tried one handed pushups,then after that I tried 1 fingered.

Haruki: why didn't you just tell me you finished?!!?

Hori:...you were busy with house chores so i didn't want to be a bother.

Haruki:....*sigh*

Hori:....sooo if you'd excuse me, I would like to continue....

Haruki: hell no! you've already warmed up enough!

Haruki:i just wanted you to free your joints before we get to actual training.

Haruki: now go bring me those ropes.

Haruki points at some rope close to the house.

Hori runs to get it and brings it back.

Haruki: like we discussed yesterday, you can't use your hands cause you'll kill someone.

Haruki: so now I'm gonna tie you up real good.

Haruki said with an inappropriate look.

Hori:(i have a bad feeling about this...)

Haruki started walking closer looking even more suspicious.

Hori backs up.

Haruki:c'mere!!

Hori:nooooo!!!

Hori runs away.

Some time after all the tomfoolery.

Hori finally agreed for him to tie her up

(NOT INAPPROPRIATELY)

Hori:... haruki san... this feels naughty...

Haruki: stop having bad thoughts!

Haruki bonks her head.

He simply tied her hands behind her back.

Haruki: I'm tying it at your back because you might still hit me if it's at your front.

Haruki: your hands aren't only strong but straight up weird!

i healed pretty fast but I was still unconscious for hours.

Hori: I'm deeply sorry about that.

Haruki: I told you to do it, so stop apologizing.

He bonks her again.

Now time for training!

Haruki backs up.

Haruki: okay this should be far enough.

Haruki: you've got strength covered already,so we're gonna work on speed!

Hori: understood haruki san!

Haruki: now sprint over here under 2 seconds!

Hori: that's just unrealistic haruki san!

Haruki: don't worry, your the MC they do unrealistic shit like this all the time!

Hori:i don't know what that means but I'll try my best haruki san!

Haruki:....aaaand GO!

Hori:all right,i just have to run fast!

Haruki: times up!

Hori:huh?!

Haruki: the fuck were you thinking about! i just said run!

Haruki: don't worry about it, just go when you hear GO!

Hori: okay I'll try my best!

*Sprint!* Hori starts running.

Hori reaches haruki.

Haruki:...we both know that's more than 2 seconds,go back and try again!

Hori said with a disappointed look.

Hori heads back to the starting point.

Hori:(i don't understand,i moved really well when I saved that girl)

She was referring to the one she saved from a sinner of sloth in chapter 2.

Narrator: maybe someones life just needs to be in danger?

Hori:(oh good morning narrator! your up late today)

Hori said teasingly.

Narrator: bitch i don't sleep in the first place.

Haruki:ready?!

Hori: yes!

Haruki: aaaand GO!

*Sprint!*hori starts running towards haruki.

Haruki:...(3,4,5,6,7)

Hori reaches haruki.

Hori*breathe*how*breathe*how

about now*breathe*haruki san.

Haruki:( it's even worse than last time.... maybe it's because her hands are tied?)

Hori: Haruki san?

Haruki: how about this!i wanted you to get used to not using your hands, but how about we do that only when we're sparring!

Hori:as you wish haruki san!

Hori head's back to the starting point and takes a running stance.

Haruki:(oh yeah now that her hands are free, she can take a proper stating stance)

Haruki:...ready?!

Hori:yes!

Haruki: aaaand GO!

As soon as he said it.

*Dark frame*

Haruki:(again?!)

*Tap*hori touches Haruki's shoulder.

Hori: hello there!

Haruki:... woah.

Haruki:(she's fast!!!)

Haruki:(there was at least 20 meters between us! it'll take a normal person up to 5 seconds to reach me! but she did it in 1!! not even 2! 1!!)

Haruki:on a serious note hori,i think your actually super human.

Hori: super human?

Haruki: you know! those things in movies!

Hori:oh,i am not too familiar with television, so i might not understand.

Haruki:... enough about that, let's talk about how the heck are you getting so much dark frames?!

Haruki: first of all you know what a dark frame is right?!

Hori: yes sir!it happens when a person is about to perform something impressive, the backgrounds saturation reduces to zero leaving only the character or any body involved with color!!

Haruki:then how are you getting so many?!

Hori:i can confidently say it's because of your guardiance haruki san!

Haruki:....*blush*aw shucks, now I'm all embarrassed...

Haruki admitted with a shy look.

Haruki: alright let's repeat that some more! once we're done with that, you'll be able to outrun any opponent!

Hori:sir yes sir!

Hori repeats it a few more times but she is now exhausted.

Haruki: let's take a break!

Hori: okay!

Hori exhales as she sits on the floor.

Hori: running is so exhausting!

Haruki brings a towel and a bottle of water to her.

Hori: thank you!

She collects it, drinks some water and wipes her sweat.

Haruki: you did great!

He said extending a fist bump.

Hori:.....*grab*

Hori shakes the fist bump.

Haruki:....*smile*

Haruki also sits down besides her.

Hori: haruki san I'm sweating right now! so i must smell!!

Haruki: for the love of God, you don't smell,if you did i wouldn't sit next to you!

Hori:....if you say so.

Haruki:.... I'm sorry about yesterday....

Hori:huh?

Haruki: y'know.... when i told you to stop talking about my mum....

Hori:...huh?

Narrator: hori already forgot.

Hori:(forgot what?!)

Haruki: but on an unrelated note, why are you doing any of this?

Haruki: didn't you say you're father already announced your death?

Haruki: so what's the point of "clearing your name"

Hori:...my father is the man i respect the most on this entire earth.

Hori: not only did he raise me alone but he was so caring doing it.

Hori:i must prove that I didn't betray his trust!

Haruki: but you know he can't take you back....

Hori: somethings aren't done for rewards haruki san, true I would love to return to my previous life.

Hori: but living here with you haruki san, I'm actually happy!

Hori said with an honest smile that made haruki blush a little.

Haruki stood up.

Haruki:why don't we go shopping for dinner, your probably hungry.

Hori:ooohhh what we making haruki san?!

Hori stood up excitedly.
