Celestial and her family were shocked by the painting she had made. The painting that she had made for almost three days was damaged with black paint covering it.
Even the colors that she had made on the canvas were no longer clearly visible because of the black paint that covered it.
She didn't understand why this had happened, and who had done it. But the painting was really beyond repair. Because almost more than half of the painting was no longer in color.
"What has happened?! How did this happen to me?" she asked with disbelief and a trembling voice because she didn't expect this to happen.
The dark blue-haired woman didn't even know what the purpose of the person doing this to her was.
Eleanor even covered her mouth as she was shocked to see her sister's damaged painting. "How can that be?"
Enraged, Lexion immediately ordered the guards to find out who had carelessly entered Celestial's room and damaged her painting.
"Find whoever went out and entered through the hallway of Celestial's room! Find whoever it is and bring them before me. He has dared to dig his own grave today," he ordered firmly and angrily as well as Roxarion.
"If I find out who did it, I'll cut off both their hands!" Roxarion clenched his fists so hard that his knuckles turned white.
Vanessa hugged her daughter, trying to calm Celestial who looked shocked by this incident. She was sure Celestial's feelings were hurt because she should have given the painting to Helen today.
"Before noon I should have given it to her, but the painting was already so damaged. And I can't recreate it in just a few hours!" she said with a heavy heart and a sore head.
"I know, but are you sure there's no other way to make a new painting before the exhibition? How about you try to talk this over with Helen. Tell her you might not be able to finish your painting today because an accident happened. But the exhibition is still 3 days away and maybe she can buy some time for you to finish it before the exhibition starts," Vanessa said as she rubbed her daughter's head.
She and Henry exchanged a look of disappointment that this had happened to their daughter. And Henry was not going to let anyone off the hook about who had damaged Celestial's painting.
Hearing the suggestion from her mother, Celestial agreed with it then she decided to go see Helen at the noble school today. It was possible that she could talk about it and Helen could buy her some leeway for Celestial to make a new one.
"Yes mother, I will talk about this with Lady Helen," she replied even though her feelings were still so hurt because of this.
Who had done this and why had she done this to her?
Was she someone who hates Celestial in this Mansion? But Celestial had never been bad at all to the servants or guards there. Everyone still loved her, so who would do such a heinous thing like this.
They then left Celestial for her to calm down in the room alone. The woman sat on her bed looking at her messy canvas.
The black color covered the beautiful scenery that she had painted on her canvas. The black color was like an original scribble, as if the person who had done it had a big grudge against her.
She could see that from how thick the paint stuck on like the brush was pressed down forcefully and then scratched the canvas quite strongly. She could even see the hairs of the brush that had come off and stuck there.
"Who did all this? Those who can enter this mansion must be able to get past the guards. If there are no other strangers, could it mean that someone who does live in this mansion did it?"
Though she was sure she had only left the room for almost 30 minutes to have breakfast with his family. And within those 30 minutes of someone messing up her painting, who would enter her room at a time like that?
"If everyone is in the dining room, it means that the only people who have the opportunity to enter are the servants. Could it be that an intruder entered this mansion?"
She really felt sad and frustrated but tried not to lose hope and followed Vanessa's advice.
While at school, Celestial brought her book containing the sketches of her previous paintings to show Helen later to make Helen believe that she had made the paintings before but now they were damaged.
'I hope Lady Helen will give me some time, because I'm sure I can finish it in two days before the exhibition starts. I should at least show her my sketches to let her know that I already have an idea for my painting,' she thought at the time.
She accompanied by Eleanor went to Helen's room where Eleanor was just waiting right in front of the door.
"You can do it," Eleanor said patting Celestial's shoulder to reassure her.
She knocked on the door and waited for a response from someone inside. Before long, Helen responded and allowed Celestial to enter.
The door was opened, and Celestial closed the door behind her. "Lady Helen there is something I want to talk to you about."
"Oh Lady Celestial, sit down. Where is the painting you wanted to give me today?" asked Helen and sat down in her chair along with Celestial who sat opposite her.
"That's the reason why I came here. I don't think I can give you the painting today and maybe I can start again and finish it in two days," said Celestial which made Helen feel surprised about that.
"In two days? But didn't I tell you to give it to me today before noon? Why haven't you finished it yet?"
She told her what had happened to the painting and of course it made Helen very surprised. She also wondered who should be responsible for this.
However, there was still no clue as to who had damaged the Celestial painting. No one else had entered or left the mansion before or even after she and her family had breakfast.
This incident certainly made Helen feel sorry, but she had no other choice.
"You know the exhibition will be done in 3 days. Are you sure you can finish it in such a short time?"
"I'm sure I can. I've already sketched it and I just need to repaint it onto a new canvas," explained Celestial who opened her book to show the sketch she had previously made.
However, she realized that the sketch was no longer in her book. She remembered putting the sketches in the book and now the paper was gone.
'Where did the paper go? It couldn't have fallen out because I kept holding the book. I didn't check the drawing before, because I'm sure I put it on the front page of this book last night,' she thought frantically as she searched for the paper she had tucked away in her drawing book.
Seeing how Celestial was becoming so panicked and worried, Helen said there was no need to force herself to make a new painting.
"I know I asked you to be a participant for this royal exhibition. But if you can't catch up in two days before the exhibition starts, I think I'll just display Lady Eleanor's painting," said Helen who took Eleanor's canvas which had apparently given her the painting yesterday afternoon.
Celestial was surprised that Eleanor had finished it sooner than she thought. She asked to see the painting and Helen removed the cloth covering Eleanor's painting.
As soon as the cloth was opened, Celestial was again surprised because the painting on Eleanor's canvas was the same painting she had made earlier.
Her purple eyes widened in shock, seeing her painting or rather a duplicate of it in Helen's hands and having Eleanor's name on it.
"That's my painting!"
