power levels and more.
Ello, guys, well, here is an auxiliar chapter to explian some things that I saw some of you had doubts about.
First, this is my alternative universe of My Hero Academia. Here, the power level is higher, and the heroes can "evolve" their quirks. Think of it like what Kirishima and Himiko Toga did in the series. Here, the heroes know how to do it, and almost everyone has done it, so most of them are stronger than their original counterparts. This is for two reasons:
First, when I saw the manga for the first time, I found it weird that the U.A. students from 1-A were practically stronger than the pro heroes. So, this is one of the fundamental reasons. In my view, the world needed a "level up."
The second reason is that the MC, having the powers of a Mewtwo, is absurdly strong against this world. At level sixty or fifty, only an "evolved" Tomura could fight him in "equal" conditions. and that0s is beeing overlly generous to Tomura. So, for this reason, I believe it's better to level up the world than to nerf the MC.
Now, for being more specific about the MC's current abilities, I tried to hint at it in the chapters. I will slowly develop that aspect, but I'll also explain it here:
First, the MC doesn't know what we know about Mewtwo's powers. He's discovering them. I'm pretty sure that any of the readers could develop his abilities and powers faster, but that's not the case with Raiden. He has no clue about MT, moves learned by level up, experience, tutor moves—nothing. Everything in his mind until now has been self-discovery, and also, he isn't a genius, most of you maybe noticed how he had the tendeny to rush ahead, experience is also important in a fight, not only raw power.
Second, I'm not using the Pokédex as a reference. That part of the lore is a bit too much—they exaggerated the Pokémon's powers.

Third, I will explain the power level scale using Pokémon and movies as references here:
The Mewtwo of the games is level 70. In the games, if I follow the lore, first, in the first game he appeared, the notes in the Pokémon Mansion in FireRed/LeafGreen suggested they created Mewtwo. Mewtwo escaped and, after a while, appeared in Cerulean Cave at level 70. If we assume that was his creation level, like he was born like that and immediately hid in the cave, his level was 70. Now, we could also assume he escaped, leveled up a little bit, and hid in the cave when his level went from, let's say, 60 to 70.
Now, in the anime, or more specifically in the movie, the story was the same. Mewtwo was created, freed himself, and was already a high-level Pokémon. After that, he was "trained" by Giovanni, then escaped, and the rest of the movie followed. If I'm being generous, let's say this Mewtwo is level 75–80 max.

Now, here's a list of the first three generations' legendaries. To the side, I'll put some pro heroes and their level, more or less, in THIS ALTERNATIVE UNIVERSE.
I won't include Palkia, Dialga, Giratina, and Arceus because they are practically gods, and they simply break the scale. Maybe if this were a Dragon Ball fanfic, they could fit in somewhat, but here they are just too much.
1-10: talented first- and second-year students; above-average third-year students; weak pro heroes.
10-15: weak heroes, prominent third-year students.
15-20: elite third-year students; average experienced pro hero.
Jirachi - level 5
LEVEL 20: most competent heroes.
Celebi - level 30
Deoxys: level 30 (he is level 30 in the games but I also believe he should be really level 50 at least)
Level 25: the red oni showed in the eight chapter is for here. ( I didn't showed much of his power but he was pretty strong)
Nivel 30 (the top heroes should be here. In this fic, in the original MHA, they should be lower. Endeavor, Hawks, and Mirko enter this category.)
Raikou, Entei, Suicune - Nivel 40
Level 40-45 All Might should be around here, in his PRIME.
Regirock, Regice, Registeel - Nivel 40
Latias, Latios - Nivel 40
Kyogre, Groudon - Nivel 45 (In my opinion, these two should be higher.)
Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres - Nivel 50
Shigaraki Tomura full power should be around here or a little higher, like 50-55 considering the nature of his power.
Kyogre, Groudon - Nivel 60-65 (I think they should be here; this is my opinion.)
Rayquaza - Nivel 70
Mewtwo - Nivel 70
Lugia, Ho-Oh - Nivel 70 (they should be lower, like 60-65)
This is thought out considering the stats of Mewtwo and the others at each level, the feats shown in the movies, OVAs, and other works, leaving aside the Pokédex data. Also, this comparison uses one of the legendaries as a base—it's not the same a Pikachu level 15 as a Raikou level 15. Also, "level" alone doesn't instantly win the battle. Experience, information, and strategy are crucial.
With this auxiliary chapter, I hope to clear some doubts about the current power situation.
