Chapter 11;A new beginning

Mr. Thompson looked up from his desk and smiled. "Ah, Tehila! Welcome. Come on in."

Tehila walked into the office, feeling a sense of nervousness. Mr. Thompson stood up and shook her hand.

"It's great to see you again, Tehila," he said. "I trust you're ready to start your new job?"

Tehila nodded, smiling. "Yes, I'm very excited."

Mr. Thompson nodded. "Great. Let me show you to the HR department. You'll be working with a team of five people, and they'll all be introduced to you shortly."

Tehila followed Mr. Thompson to the HR department, which was located on the same floor. As they walked in, Tehila saw five people sitting at their desks, all of whom looked up and smiled.

"Everyone, this is Tehila, our new team member," Mr. Thompson said, introducing her.

The team members all stood up and introduced themselves. There was Rachel, a friendly woman with curly brown hair and a warm smile. There was also Jack, a tall, lanky man with a sarcastic sense of humor. Then there was Emily, a petite woman with a bubbly personality and a love of fashion. Rounding out the team were Michael, a quiet, reserved man with a passion for numbers, and Chris, a charming, outgoing man with a quick wit.

As Tehila met her new colleagues, she couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. She was looking forward to working with this team and learning from them.

Mr. Thompson showed Tehila to her desk, which was beautifully furnished with a computer, a phone, and all the office supplies she could need.

"This is your workspace, Tehila," Mr. Thompson said, smiling. "Make yourself at home."

Tehila smiled, feeling a sense of gratitude. "Thank you, Mr. Thompson. This is beautiful."

As Mr. Thompson walked away, Rachel came over to Tehila's desk, carrying a gift basket.

"Welcome to the team, Tehila!" Rachel said, smiling. "We're so glad to have you on board."

Tehila smiled, feeling touched by the gesture. "Thank you, Rachel. That's so sweet of you."

Rachel smiled back. "We're going to lunch together today, okay? We can get to know each other better."

Tehila nodded, smiling. "That sounds great."

As the day went on, Tehila settled into her new role, meeting with her colleagues and learning about the company's policies and procedures.

At lunchtime, Rachel and Tehila went to the company cafeteria, where they met up with Emily and Chris.

As they sat down at a table, Chris turned to Tehila and said, "You know, you look like a model. You have the perfect body."

Tehila blushed, feeling embarrassed. "Oh, thank you, Chris. That's very kind of you."

Emily nodded in agreement. "Yes, you do have a great sense of style. I love your dress."

Tehila smiled, feeling grateful for the compliment. "Thank you, Emily. I appreciate that."

As they finished their lunch and headed back to the office, Tehila couldn't help but feel grateful for her new colleagues. They were all so friendly and welcoming.

As the day drew to a close, Mr. Thompson came over to Tehila's desk to ask how her first day was going.

"How was your first day, Tehila?" Mr. Thompson asked, smiling.

Tehila smiled back. "It was great, Mr. Thompson. Everyone has been so welcoming and friendly."

Mr. Thompson nodded, looking pleased. "I'm glad to hear that. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to me or your colleagues."

Tehila nodded, smiling. "Thank you, Mr. Thompson. I appreciate that."

As Mr. Thompson walked away, Tehila packed up her things and headed out of the office. She was looking forward to going home and seeing Mylo.

As she walked out of the building, Tehila realized that she had forgotten to ask Mr. Thompson about the company's hours.

"Excuse me, Karen," Tehila said, turning back to the receptionist. "What time does the company close?"

Karen smiled. "We close at 5:30PM, Tehila. But don't worry, you'll get used to the schedule soon."

Tehila nodded, smiling. "Thanks, Karen."

As she walked to the bus stop, Tehila realized that she had to pick up Mylo from the pet daycare by 6:00 PM.

"I'll have to hurry," Tehila said to herself, quickening her pace.

She hailed a taxi and headed to the pet daycare, where she picked up Mylo and headed home.

As she cooked dinner, Tehila couldn't help but feel grateful for her first
