Locked up in a Temple for a long time. Jace was released by Anita who was trying to write a project for her history class so has to be able to join the school play.
Jace gave Anita his fox bead in other to save her after falling from the top of the mountain.

The days after the conflict felt like eternity and yet it felt like an eternity but it was only a week. The excitement was fading away, but tension did not leave the atmosphere behind. Anita and Jace were promoted to the same shift most of the time and there was a change of the air around whenever they were in a team despite the fact that their work was very sensitive. 


Anita detected it at first in the moments which no one else would; when he looked at her a little bit longer than was socially acceptable, when the tone of his voice seemed to dip ever so slightly as he spoke to her. This is like realizing that the barriers that were put by them in between was slowly coming down. And for the first time in the series of events Anita understood that she has been lacking this closeness which had never seemed to be available to her all this time.
