Locked up in a Temple for a long time. Jace was released by Anita who was trying to write a project for her history class so has to be able to join the school play.

The atmosphere across the city seemed unusual and creepy on that night. First Jace detected the different air energy while still inside his apartment before going to the rooftop. The night breeze carried a dark energy similar to an invisible hunter stalking the darkness. 


Jace's fox tails distinctly lost their power slowly through the days. The thread of his connection with the fox bead was fading away, he could sense it in every weakening strand. 


Something new entered his life that was far more dreadful. 


A strange laughter came from the darkness of the night. 


Jace stiffened. His eyes focused instantly on the rooftop opposite where a person stood hidden in darkness. His body stood unmoved against the storm winds but the stranger displayed complete composure.
