The Alliance's Predicament

Listening to their request, the Godking studied them briefly, then, with a simple nod, he granted them permission.

"Go."

The warriors immediately departed, stepping through new portals, disappearing toward their next objective.

As the portals closed, the Godking turned his gaze upward towards the distant Demon Capital. His expression remained impassive, but he felt it, someone had been watching, a presence that lingered far in the distance, concealed yet not hidden from him.

It remained calm and observant, neither hostile nor friendly. The Godking's lips twitched slightly. He could act and trace the presence and deal with it immediately, but he chose not to. Instead, he dismissed it.

Whatever their intentions were, it did not matter, as he saw it.
