Jade Fox didn't make a fuss and sat down in the seat next to Oliver Charles.
"Oliver, why don't you pour Jade a glass of water?"
Elder Charles ordered his son around.
Morally kidnapped into coming, Oliver Charles had a face full of defeat as he reached for the teapot.
"No need, I'll get it myself."
Jade Fox quickly grabbed the teapot first.
Something's not right!
The feeling of being match-made was even stronger!
These two old men couldn't seriously be thinking of matchmaking her with Oliver Charles.
"Jade, Oliver is a man, and it's right that he should take care of you."
Elder Charles gave Oliver Charles a stern glance, with a look of disappointment.
Oliver Charles pulled his hand back, looking innocent.
It wasn't that he didn't want to take care of her; she was the one who refused!
"It's okay, it's just a help."
Jade Fox forced a smile, poured herself a glass of water, and topped up the tea for the two elders.
