Chapter 336: Confidentiality

Lucas Knox took a little tiger-shaped steamed bun, took a bite, found it tasty, and felt that the dishes in front of him were all to his liking,

"Mommy, is this the food you liked to eat when you were in Capital City?"

Without waiting for Clara Knox to answer, Edward Harper used shared chopsticks to put a cola chicken wing into Lucas Knox's bowl, speaking on behalf of Clara,

"All these dishes on the table were your mommy's favorites, made specially by Granny. Your mommy used to only love the dishes Granny made, Granny even went to learn how to make them specially."

Clara Knox felt a bit awkward. Wasn't he revealing her faults in front of the kids by saying she was picky about food! She usually taught both kids not to be picky, saying picky eaters don't grow tall. Now she felt slightly as if she's been slapped in the face.
