In the car, Lucas Knox was quite excited. He didn't want to be cooped up at home, only getting to run around the nearby streets with Juliana Simmons. But following his dad, he could go play in his office which was decorated like a children's amusement park, complete with all the toys one might expect.
Max Knox, on the other hand, wore a bland expression, still more interested in his own robot.
Edward Harper didn't rush to start the car. Instead, he first called Liam Johnson,
"Go buy some snacks that kids like for my office."
At that moment, Liam Johnson, who was almost at the company, turned his car around to the supermarket upon receiving his boss's task. He thought his boss needed to entertain some clients, but when he stepped into the president's office carrying bags of snacks and saw two little rascals crazily bouncing on the office couch, he realized that Director Harper's main job today was to juggle babysitting with work.
