The stupid is strong with this one. Woman gets preggers with comatose husband through IVF. She saved him in an accident some years ago, but he thinks it's another woman who saved him. This woman tries to have her killed by dropping her in the ocean. She survives, but one of the triplets she gives birth to has leukemia. She sends him back to daddy for treatment. 5 years later she returns as famous doctor with leukemia as specialisation, finds out white lotus gf is mistreating her son while the bodyguards overlook it because they believe she'll be the next Mrs. and they don't want to lose their jobs. FL's other two children live with her in the next door suite and they keep on pranking WLgf. Ex-husband thinks FL is constantly thirsty and constantly warns her not to try to get close to him. WLgf tries to have leukemia-son die so she can wed rich daddy. It's a mess.
