"Stop!"
Qin Yan suddenly shouted, Bo Yunshen glanced in her direction. The woman was holding a gun, and the actions of both parties suddenly ceased.
They weren't far apart, but for some reason, neither of them could make out Qin Yan's expression clearly.
She was holding a gun, her clothing lifted by the wind into an arc, her arm moved, pointing at the man with the big beard.
"Mrs. Bo, a gun is a dangerous weapon. If you have something to say, put it down first."
"Bo Yunshen, did you hire him to kidnap my daughter?"
Qin Yan's voice was very faint; Bo Yunshen couldn't tell anything was wrong just from the tone in which she spoke.
"That's correct, but Mrs. Bo, I didn't harm your daughter at all. You, with that gun—are you sure you're pointing it at the right person?"
The big-bearded man's face was wounded, his speech nonchalant. If it weren't for his tightly clasped hands revealing a slight hint of emotion, Qin Yan might have been fooled by him.
