Noah Quarter cradled the already-checked Arabella Shaw as he walked out of the hospital and immediately got into the car.
"Be more careful next time, your left hand hasn't fully recovered, and now it's your foot."
Arabella Shaw said softly, "Don't be angry, I promise to be good from now on, sorry, I should not have gone to the party tonight, I didn't know that tonight was for..."
She blinked her sour eyes, her eyelids slightly red, "If I had known, I would not have gone."
Seeing her upset, Noah sighed, "I'm sorry, it's my fault for making you suffer, Arabella, give me another half year, okay?"
He hugged her and gently kissed her forehead.
"It's all my fault, if I hadn't chosen to go abroad back then, I'm sorry, Noah," Arabella Shaw leaned against him, feeling sorrowful.
Noah thought of the years Julia Land had taken care of him after Arabella Shaw went abroad, and for a moment he was lost in thought.
