Thomas Sullivan glanced at Julia Land.
Then he replied to Chloe Sullivan's call, "As long as you and Mr. Thompson are doing well, that's all that matters. I'm hanging up now."
He hung up the phone.
Julia Land rested her chin on her hand, squinting her eyes, "There's a meeting at half past ten."
Thomas nodded. Since Chloe had no objections, he wouldn't interfere on his own.
A man without commitment remains unchanged even if you cut off his temptations.
He himself was a man and hadn't yet met a woman who could make him commit.
If those two women didn't care, then he wouldn't either.
"First, bring me a coffee, please," Thomas said as he walked into his office.
Julia went to make the coffee and looked down thoughtfully.
After work, she planned to ask James Thompson about Chloe Sullivan in person.
Stay together if things were good, separate otherwise.
It really wasn't a big deal.
