As soon as Isabella left, Cooper sat down on the sofa.
"Stop pretending!" He looked at the woman on the bed, his tone icy as he began.
Yolanda awkwardly turned over and yawned, "I'm tired and going to sleep. You should sleep early too."
"Yolanda!" Cooper almost gritted his teeth, "What exactly did you say to Mom this morning?"
Yolanda silently covered her head with the quilt.
Cooper stood up, strode forward in a few large steps, and snatched away the quilt, "Speak!"
At that moment, Yolanda was wearing her nightgown, lying on her side; when he suddenly pulled away the quilt, her neckline was fully exposed.
She immediately sat up and straightened her clothes, "If I don't mention something that interests her, how can I keep her?"
"What did you say?" Cooper forced himself not to look at her chest.
"Just..." Yolanda lowered her head, squeezing out each word, "I said what she cares about, that... we don't have children because... because you're not capable."
