Chapter 14 Have you always been such a flirt?

The three of them took a taxi to Su Jincheng's university.

On the way, Ye Qiyang could not help but worry and asked if it was appropriate for him to return to campus to stay right after being discharged from the hospital. Actually, Su Jinqi was also concerned about this, but she was currently staying at Li Family's place and couldn't let her brother know about it, so she held back and didn't ask.

After dinner, the two sent Su Jincheng back to his dormitory. Seeing Su Jincheng return, his roommates were all very happy and came forward to help. Su Jinqi repeatedly made requests and left uneasily.

"Do you want to go shopping? It's almost Christmas and Yilin Town has performances starting from tonight until New Year's Day," Ye Qiyang asked.

Su Jinqi looked at the time on her wrist, it was already past nine, and she declined: "Not tonight, I need to go home."

"That's fine, we can go another day." Ye Qiyang reached out to hail a cab, "Then let's go home."

The taxi stopped in front of them, and Su Jinqi couldn't help but step back, "Qiyang, I... I am not staying at Aunt's place anymore, I'm renting a place with a colleague, we're not en route."

What normally would be a journey of just over twenty minutes took her more than half an hour, and upon reaching the door she rang the bell, Mrs. Hui quickly opened it for her.

"Mrs. Hui, I'm back," Su Jinqi said while changing shoes in the entryway, before leaning forward and calling out softly towards the kitchen doorway in a hushed voice.

"Ah!" Upon entering, Su Jinqi saw Li Jinghan sitting in the living room like a statue of a Buddha, looking at her with a cold gaze, and she exclaimed in shock.

"Mr. Li, it's so late, you haven't gone to bed yet?" Su Jinqi nervously smiled and reported to him, "Tonight I went to pick up my brother from the hospital, I'm back late."

"With your boyfriend?" Li Jinghan looked at her with narrowed eyes, his voice cold.

"He's not my boyfriend, he's a neighbor," Su Jinqi explained, and then asked puzzledly, "Mr. Li, why would you ask that? Did you see us?"

Li Jinghan stood up, hands in his pockets, slowly pacing towards her and towering over her, he coldly asked, "Are you aware that you're married?"

"Ah?" Su Jinqi looked up at him confusedly and nodded, "Yes, I'm aware."

"Still aware?" Li Jinghan sarcastically asked, "Have you always been so flirtatious?"
