In the labs, John, James, Eva, Arianna and Charles are discussing the matter of the attack.

James: Well, V.O.X is back up, but she's unable to track down Genesis....

Charles: not to mention, they managed to grab the Xenon.

Eva: I still can't believe Dominic betrayed us. He's....he—

Arianna: He's been poisoned by Tombs influence.

John: It's no doubt that Genesis destroyed the Chronicle for a reason....so no one can discover his plan or find him....

Eva: but what did he mean by another Enhuman in Chicago? Another Enhuman with neon powers?

Trisha walks in.

Trisha: That's exactly what I was about to talk about....what did he mean by that? Is there another one out there besides me?

Charles: What about that woman you got your powers from?

Trisha: Kala? She's dead.

Arianna: Are you sure you saw her die?

Trisha: Yes....yes, I'm-I'm pretty sure she died....she practically killed herself in an explosion to avoid being captured by Tarmac and his soldiers.

James: Look, we'll worry about the other neon Enhuman later...right now, we need to track down Genesis.

Trisha: Guys...I-I'm sorry....I tried to stop Genesis...but-

John: Trisha, we do things as a team....it's what keeps us and others alive...thank you for trying though.

Trisha: You're welcome....why did Genesis spare you?

John: Adrian and I may be enemies but we would never kill each other.

In the Purifier Base on the Meteor of Babylon, Dominic looks down at Earth from his new quarters, before Genesis approaches him.

Genesis: Amazing view, isn't it? You have to wonder if God made the world, who's to say that Gods should take over it? We....Enhumans...we are the image of God....not humans...you regret your decision?

Dominic: No....I only wish our Enhuman brothers and sisters could see a view like this. My only regret was not choosing to fight with you sooner.

Genesis: (laughs) I have to give you credit....telling us about the Xenon proved useful.

Dominic: Seeing what's been happening to our people in New Jersey; it opened my eyes. Why fight for the human oppressors when they care nothing about our people? I want to help give the Enhumans a chance. The respect they deserve. Tell me; what do you intend to do with that machine?

Genesis: This thing was built to control Enhumans and synthetic beings...well; maybe, I'll even out the playing field.

In the Tower, James is on the computer in the S room as Trisha enters.

Trisha: Hi, James.

James: Trisha....

Trisha: Finding anything on the computer?

James: No...I'm trying to track the movements of Scarlett and the rest of the Purifiers.

Trisha: Why do you think he did it? Dominic? Why do you think he betrayed us?

James: The hardships he's seen have radicalized him. He's tired of how Enhumans are treated.

Trisha: Aren't you?

James: Yes...but that doesn't mean what Genesis is doing is right. His methods are brutal.

Trisha: Your Dad and him were friends once, right?

James: Once, but that was years ago.

Trisha: What happened between them?

James: My Dad saw the world one way and Genesis saw it the other.

Trisha: That's an ugly can of worms....uh...no offence.

James: None taken....those kind of things run in the family.

Trisha: So how will we find or locate danger now?

James: V.O.X...she can locate danger just about anywhere.

Suddenly, the S room alarm rings as V.O.X on the main computer.

James: speak of the devil. V.O.X, put me on coms.

V.O.X: Coms set, sir.

James: Supers, report to the S room immediately!

Later, the team meets in their uniforms.

Quantum: Okay, team. Looks like we've managed to track down our other neon Enhuman to the streets of California. Probably another one of Genesis' lackies....there's also another one of Genesis's top dogs...readings of seismic activity in Los Angeles with the rate of 10.5.

Neon Crane: Jeez! That's a big earthquake...

Power Surge: Caused by an Enhuman...

Mother Nature: Lester Smitty....aka Rhyolite...

Dragonfly: So he's obviously working with who that neon Enhuman is...

Sun Sorceress: maybe they can tell us where the hell the Xenon is.

The Owl: I think I've already managed to track down the location of the Xenon using the tech of Parker Industries Satellites.....the Meteor of Babylon.

Power Surge: You found it?!

The Owl: Josh, after all this time, you doubt my bravery and selflessness?

Power Surge: No, just shocked.

Neon Crane: You think that's where Genesis took the Xenon?

The Owl: Perhaps.....it's his home base. A space station build into the core of a giant meteor....big enough to destroy an entire city....it's suspended several miles above the Earth...

Dragonfly: From V.O.X's scans, it appears to be both genetically and kinetically shielded by magnetic energy.

Power Surge: Well, what are we waiting for? Let's get up there and get that machine back!

Dragonfly: Because the magnetic energy, nothing, not even the Eagle can get near it.....not even with my armor.

Quantum: We'll about that later...right now; we need to catch Maine and the other Enhuman before they get away.

In California, the Supers drop down onto a rooftop, where Dragonfly scopes out the area. Power Surge is playing a piano game on his tablet.

Quantum: James?

Dragonfly: Tapping into W.R.E.X radios...nothing yet...

Quantum: Arianna?

Mother Nature: No seismic activity yet between the roots....

Power Surge: (sighs) We should've ordered take out if I knew we were going to be up here this long.

The Owl: My boy, seriously, how can you worry about food while on the job?

Power Surge: You tellin me you don't ever get hungry while you're doing super hero business, bro? Flying? That takes out energy! Wearing a tight ass latex, liquid fluid plate armor that's immune to electricity...or neon...owl line creatures....sun...uh....green...or laser beams...that makes you hungry...

The Owl: What do you want? A magazine? a plane movie? Look, the sun...it's pretty...look at it...it's shiny...

Meanwhile, Power Surge notices Neon Crane beginning to use her neon powers to draw on the floor of the rooftop a unicorn.

Power Surge: Wow...now, that's impressive.

Mother Nature: Ah...nice one, Trisha! Love the detail!

Sun Sorceress: (laughs)

Quantum: (sighs)

Sun Sorceress: What?

Quantum: Nothing...

Sun Sorceress: It's not nothing if it's something...

Quantum: They remind me a lot of you and your brother at that age.

Sun Sorceress: Yeah, we were much more peaceful then, huh?

Quantum: (laughs)

Dragonfly: Hold up...getting something...

The team huddles up.

Dragonfly: TV news reported an explosion at California Tower.....they say the neon signs...retracted.

The team notices W.R.E.X helicopters surrounding the California Tower.

Mother Nature: Yeah, you're right, but no one's firing.

Dragonfly: now the military is ordering all L.A.P.D forces to stand down....must be something they don't want anyone to see?

The Owl: Something we should have a look into...

Sun Sorceress: Looks like we should stick to the rooftops. They've guarded the streets with APC's....manned APC's....

Quantum: All right....Eva, Xiang, Arianna, Charles, you're with me. Joseph, Trish, you stay here and wait till we radio you.

Power Surge: What's up with that, Mr. Parker?

Quantum: In case one of the Enhumans is seen at another building while we're investigating this one....we'll keep you posted.

Quantum, Dragonfly, The Owl, Mother Nature and Sun Sorceress depart from the rooftop.

Power Surge: You got a deck of cards? Or should we play I spy? Trisha?

Power Surge turns her head to notice Neon Crane missing.

Power Surge: Crap! Tri-Neon Crane? Neon Crane?

Neon Crane light speeds from across the rooftops. Quantum, Dragonfly, Sun Sorceress, The Owl and Mother Nature arrive at the crime scene with dead W.R.E.X Soldiers with neon marks and concrete shards.

Mother Nature: (sighs) Bloody hell...looks like neon marks all over the place...

Quantum: This was a coordinated attack...two...one; Rhyolite due to the concrete shards...and the other; our neon friend.

Neon Crane light speeds into the alley to meet the team.

Quantum: Neon Crane? I thought I told you to stay with the others.

Neon Crane: Yeah, but I figured you guys could use another neon Enhuman to scope out what kind of person we're dealing with.

Sun Sorceress: That could help...

The Owl: It actually could....

Short pause.

Quantum: All right....stay close...

Quantum, Dragonfly, Sun Sorceress, Mother Nature, The Owl and Neon Crane investigate the area.

Neon Crane: Definitely looks like my handy work...

Quantum: Which means there's definitely another neon Enhuman.....

Suddenly, W.R.E.X Soldiers close in on the team.

W.R.E.X Soldier # 1: hold it, freaks!

W.R.E.X Soldier # 2: Do not move!

Dragonfly: Oh, crap. V.O.X?

V.O.X: W.R.E.X Soldiers...

The Owl: Yeah, we kinda guessed.

V.O.X: They believe that we're culprits of whoever did this....

Sun Sorceress: That we also kinda guessed...

The Owl: Let's get this over with then.

The team engages the W.R.E.X Soldiers in a fight, which results in each other soldiers being subdued.

Paxton: (through W.R.E.X Helmet Radio) Echo team; respond. Echo team; respond.

Neon Crane: Wait a minute....I know that voice....it's that Paxton soldier.

Paxton: (through W.R.E.X Helmet Radio) Echo team; respond. Echo team; respond.

Dragonfly: Hold on...V.O.X, scan into that broadcast and then link it to our earpieces.

V.O.X: tapping into W.R.E.X communications now.

V.O.X scans the W.R.E.X helmet as the broadcast is now heard through the teams' earpiece.

Paxton: (through W.R.E.X Helmet Radio) Echo team; respond. Echo team; respond. We've reacquired "Donavan", west of your position.

The Owl: Donavan? Who's that?

Neon Crane: Kala....they're-they're saying it's that Kala woman.

Dragonfly: I thought you said she was dead.

Neon Crane: Yeah, I saw her die or at least I thought I saw her die. Well, I mean....I'm sure she's dead. I'm sure.

Sun Sorceress walks over to the files of Kala Donavan and picks them up.

Sun Sorceress: Well, it's definitely her....

Neon Crane: Damn....

On the rooftop where the young Supers are seen waiting, a neon silhouette is running across the rooftops, plowing through W.R.E.X Patrols and taking out most of their vehicles.

Power Surge: What the hell? (talking through earpiece) Hey, Trisha....any chance you at our six-east position?

Neon Crane: Huh? Speak English.

Power Surge: Are you anywhere near the Lion Hotel?

Neon Crane: No....I'm with the team....that's not me!

Power Surge: Well, we got a great view of someone neoning the hell out of some W.R.E.X choppers.

Sun Sorceress: Is "neoning" even a word?

Neon Crane: You guys can see them from where you are?

Power Surge: Yep. What do you want me to do?

Quantum: Hold your position. We're coming to you.

Sonic, Sun Sorceress, Dragonfly, Mother Nature, The Owl and Neon Crane reunite with Power Surge to spot a battle between a neon Enhuman and W.R.E.X copters.

Quantum: Looks like that's our neon Enhuman.....Kala Donavan...

The Owl: So what's the play, John?

Quantum: Okay-

Neon Crane: Mr. Parker...uh Quantum...uh...not be rude, but we all go in and she's going to bail....let me go and talk to her...

Power Surge: Why? You already have control of your powers?

Neon Crane: I know, but this woman may know something about what Tarmac is planning....or she may be aligned with Genesis.

Sun Sorceress: It wouldn't hurt to try that...

Quantum: Okay....but if she bails on you, we're coming after her with you.

Neon Crane: Fair enough.

Power Surge: Trisha....watch yourself.....I don't like this and I don't trust that woman.

Neon Crane: hey, we both have something in common; we hate Tarmac aka Public Douchebag # 1.

Neon Crane uses her light speed to run over to the other building, where Kala is seen shooting at W.R.E.X attack helicopters. Kala manages to shoot one in the tail, causing a gunner to fall out. In slow motion, Neon Crane jumps out of her light speed stasis and catches the gunner, before throwing him to into the building. Neon Crane then lands on the building as the helicopter crashes into the ocean, before Kala bolt speeds across rooftops.

Neon Crane: Quantum, I'm on the roof.

Quantum: Kala?

Neon Crane: Yeah, she was...

Quantum: "she was"?

Neon Crane: But isn't anymore...

Quantum: What? you lost her?

Neon Crane: No, I didn't lose her...I'm just trying to keep my distance.

Quantum: On purpose?

Neon Crane: No, I just don't want her to get spooked.

Quantum: How will she get spooked of another Enhuman?

Neon Crane: Hell if I know.

Neon Crane light speeds over to the buildings across from her, before finally catching up with Kala.

Neon Crane: Kala!

Kala: What? Who are you?!

Neon Crane: It's me! (helmet automatically unseals face, revealing herself to Kala) It's Trisha!

Kala: Kid?! What the hell?!

Neon Crane: "What the hell" me? "What the hell" you? What the hell happened to you?!

Kala: There's no time to explain.

On the other rooftop, Quantum and Dragonfly are watching Neon Crane attempting to negotiate with Kala.

Dragonfly: What the-...she took her mask off! Should I-

Quantum: Wait....just wait....let's see if she can talk to her...

On another rooftop, a W.R.E.X Soldier with a rocket launcher targets Neon Crane, who is still attempting to talk to Kala.

Neon Crane: Look, I need your help.

Kala: Sorry, kid, but you-

The W.R.E.X soldier opens fire on the two Enhumans, creating an explosion that knocks both Neon Crane and Kala off the building. The two then use their light speed to avoid falling, before Neon Crane pursues Kala. Meanwhile, as the other team members watch the pursuit, suddenly, Billy Maine AKA Rhyolite walks up to the side of the building, before jumping up to the rooftop.

Rhyolite: Yo! Heroes!

The other team members turn their heads and prepare themselves in a fighting stance.

Power Surge: Well, well, well; Billy Maine AKA Rhyolite.

Maine: (laughs) Glad to see the codename's gotten around.....

Power Surge: Your stupid ass codename's going down just like you...

The Owl: Was that a pun?

Power Surge: No, I was being dead serious...

Rhyolite: Speaking of dead serious....you're about to be seriously dead!

Rhyolite uses his powers to create shards from the rooftop floor, before shooting them at the team, who dodge. Maine shoots another shard at the team as Power Surge and Dragonfly destroy two of them.

Rhyolite: (laughs) It's about to get rocky in LA!

Rhyolite uses his dirt slide to fly from the building, before Power Surge (using his bolt speed), The Owl, Dragonfly, Mother Nature and Quantum pursue Maine. Sun Sorceress jumps from roof to roof in the pursuit.

Quantum: Stay on him!

Neon Crane continues pursuing Kala.

Neon Crane: Kala....Kala, wait! I need to learn how to contr-Oh, wait...no I don't...never mind...

Kala: You need to leave me alone, kid!

Neon Crane: I just want to talk!

Kala: I'm warning you; back the hell off.

Neon Crane: Or what? You gonna make me.

Kala: What? Just because you're in some fancy ass armor, which I have to say is pretty cool, that you can take me on now? Do you even have proper control?

Neon Crane: Yes....I do...

Kala: Really? Let's put that to the test.

Kala drains a nearby neon sign, before her eyes glow light purple.

Neon Crane: Look, the rest of my team is probably on their way....so...you want to save them the trouble of taking you down, I'd depower before you get hurt.

Kala blasts Neon Crane back, knocking her into a nearby store. Neon Crane walks out of the store, before noticing a neon sign above her.

Neon Crane: Okay then....

Neon Crane absorbs the neon sign above her, before she light speeds at Kala, who dodges and punches Neon Crane. Kala then grabs Neon Crane, before light speeding and ramming her into a nearby truck. Neon Crane elbows Kala, before backhanding her and grabbing her wrist. The two engage in a light speed battle across the city of LA. Kala tosses Neon Crane into the hood of a truck, before attempting to smash her, but Neon Crane uses her light speed to dodge. Neon Crane then blasts Kala back, before Kala light speeds and punches Neon Crane, before she grabs and throws her into the street. Quantum, Dragonfly, The Owl, Power Surge, Sun Sorceress, and Mother Nature continue pursue Rhyolite, who uses his powers to take down a nearby building.

Quantum Shit!

Sun Sorceress uses her sun force field to shield nearby civilians from debris while Dragonfly uses his shadow powers to keep the building from tumbling. The Owl quickly snatches any civilians falling from the building. Dragonfly shoots an energy beam at the back of Rhyolite's head, causing him to fall out of his dirt slide and falling into the street. Power Surge and Dragonfly confront Maine, before preparing for a fight.

Rhyolite: Are you guys ready to rock n roll?

Rhyolite prepares to attack, but Dragonfly stuns him as Power Surge knocks Maine out with an electrifying punch.

Power Surge: Man! I was getting sick of his crappy puns!

Kala and Neon Crane shoot at each with a powerful neon rays that results in a blast that knocks both Neon Crane and Kala back. After a few moments pass with many civilians watching or hiding behind their vehicles, Kala recovers and approaches Neon Crane, energizing her hands with a neon orb.

Kala: I warned you, kid.

Before Kala can finish off Neon Crane, she is suddenly electrocuted by Power Surge, before being laser blasted by Quantum into a statue, destroying it, subduing her. The rest of the team arrives as Quantum approaches Kala, before Power Surge helps Neon Crane up.

Quantum: Be smart, lady.

Dragonfly: Or don't so I could stun your ass.

Dragonfly aims his armored cannon at Kala, forcing Kala to surrender.

Kala: you win....

Meanwhile, many scared and frightened pedestrians stare at the Supers and Kala with fear and hate.

Civilian # 1: My god! Look at them! They're monsters!

Civilian # 2: Freak! You freaks!

Sun Sorceress: Look at how they're looking at us...they hate us...

Power Surge: This is not fair, man....we just saved them...

Neon Crane approaches the angry crowd of humans.

Neon Crane: It's all right! We-

Neon Crane is suddenly hit in the head with a rock thrown by a pedestrian.

Power Surge: Hey!

Power Surge prepares to shoot a lightning bolt at the pedestrian as the crowd steps back in fear.

Quantum: Power Surge! Stand down! Stand down, damn it....this isn't what we're here for.

Power Surge depowers.
