IAN'S POV
My first meeting was with a client who wanted to review our proposal for a new project. The meeting went well, and we were able to resolve all of their concerns. I felt a sense of accomplishment as I left the meeting room.
My next meeting was with my team to review our progress on a current project. We discussed the challenges we were facing and came up with some ideas for how to overcome them.
I was impressed by the team's creativity and dedication, and I felt confident that we would be able to meet our deadline.
After the meetings, I felt a sense of relief.
As I returned to my office with my PA I sat on my chair, clearly exhausted.
"What's on my schedule again?" I asked.
"You have a lunch meeting with the CFO at noon, and then a conference call at 2:00," my PA replied. "Other than that, your afternoon is free,"
"That's a relief," I said, sinking into my chair. "I feel like I've been running non-stop all morning,"
