CHAPTER 57 BIRTHDAY GIFT

  NINA'S POV

After the dinner date with Alexander, I bade him goodbye and began heading back to my house.

Alexander had offered to take me to my house but I had bluntly refused, I mean….he had been doing a whole lot for me and I could do literally zero to nothing for him. Thankfully, it was not too dark and I could still trace my way back to my house.

But, just as I took four steps out of Alex's house, a car suddenly drove beside me, honking.

A frown formed on my face as I tilted my head to see who the hell it was, but just as I sighted the driver, my face brightened up.

"Alexander" I called, my smile forming on my lips. "What are you doing here?" I asked.

"I could not possibly leave you all alone in the middle of the night to go home?" He replied, a sly grin dancing on his lips as he rolled his eyes.
