CHAPTER 54: Borderline

  For the first time in my life, I was unsure of my own decisions, and I had my doubts about Blair being my mate. But at the same time, your scent can't really fail you.

  I waited at the PineGrove pack for Sinclair to show up after his mother called and I knew he was going to try to pick a fight with me, but in all honesty, I just wanted to be clarified.

  Sinclair's car pulled over in the parking lot, and his heavy steps showed how much anger was flowing through his veins.

  "He's here," I said to his mother, and she finished up the glass of wine she was having before walking to the door.

  "Greetings, mother," he said in what didn't sound louder than a mutter.

  "Keep those greetings to yourself, Sinclair Blackwood." His mother replied and returned to her seat.
