Blair's pov
Fear gripped and confused, I remained quiet for the rest of the journey home.
Did Caleb tell him?
Or was it Agatha?
Or Gabriel himself?
Tears gathered in my eyes and burned them, but I tried to blink them away and remain as calm as possible.
"When we get home, I don't need you telling Caleb what your mother said. He's not your confidant." He said, and I was convinced that Caleb told him about the kiss.
"I won't.." I said and managed to steady my racing heartbeat as we got to the house and he didn't speak another word to me after that.
"Sinclair, please let me explain..." I said as I followed him into the house, but he kept walking and didn't stop to even look at me, let alone listen to what I wanted to say.
"Don't ignore me, Sinclair, this wasn't my fault at all, and you know it.." I blurted and held his door knob right before he got the chance to open his door.
