CHAPTER 63: Blair

  Sinclair's pov

My life is hard and complicated right now, but at least I'm not running mad on the streets. I sat in my study to read a book, and I was so engrossed in the book that I didn't know when time passed by.

"I should get a drink.." I said to myself as I got up from the chair and stretched a bit, but I felt a sharp pain in my ears, like someone was screaming into them and I immediately fell back into the chair.

"Blair!" I growled as I sprang up from the chair and rushed downstairs.

"Slow down, chief.." Caleb said as I rushed past him, but I didn't have time to listen to him. All I could think of was my Blair.

  Why did she howl?

  Is she in danger?

  Did something happen?

These questions kept swimming around in my head as I drove out of the house and headed straight to her mother's house.
