**From Teal's Perspective** 

I was overwhelmed with anxiety. If he was truly seeking revenge against me, there was no way I could stop him. But I still couldn't fully grasp what had happened. The lawyer dropped me off at home, and as I stepped out, I caught a glimpse of Ayor standing at the entrance. 

We had no cooking lessons scheduled this week, and it was unusual for him to visit me without setting an appointment first. I took a deep breath—I refused to appear broken or weak in front of anyone. 

"Exactly. That's what sets you apart—your stubbornness in pretending to be fine," he commented while pulling out his phone. 

"What do you want…?" 

Before I could finish my sentence, he stepped closer. His gaze felt different—unsettling. I swallowed hard.
