The Party

The campgrounds had a party cabin just for us since we had so many renting cabins from them. Everyone joined in the fun of decorating it for the summer. Making sure everyone had examples of their workout to view and enjoy. This delightful piece of literature is on a long table against the wall. Including College photos, today's photos, family besides yourself.

Today's theme, is the Author's work, in their writing. Some of us brought books we wrote, and thesis and synopsis on paper. Star pupils, and best book award winners. All well thought of by the author.

A cold keg of Rootbeer, ice cold and homemade delicious. Refrigerated, for summer use. The stereo system is set up in the corner, to play favorite records, dancing is another option.

This will be their together place from here on out till September. Let the party begin, the sweet summer of a lifetime. And the next time they come together it is to read poetry. Something like this is from the heart. Adored the experience of tradition, family values, and history from my family tree. Make for excellence in poetry books. Poetry readings are a must-contributing to the attire of the all well-known vocabulary of words well-founded and rounded fitting into my surroundings of love.

The Alumni Party, is on for tonight, with each and everyone dressed in up-garde attire. Yes and will read from their poetry. This party will last a few days, going to your cabin to sleep then return. They raised the fluted glasses full of sparkling wine and cheered for good times ahead. Eating off a cheese and meat tray.

" I'm Trish Chandler and My Poetry reading

Is taken from my book called " Coffee Table Poetry," I must admit I once wished to be older, to smoke cigarettes legally, and sip wine when I am of age. Then act older by wearing clothes hippie of course the style I often looked at in the ladies' catalogs too old for me yet having to wait. Mother said till I was older and Daddy agreed his daughters must behave and please wear something that covers you. For certain I would, then my Mother told me she'd wished it herself. Many times after when Dad said to needed an oil change, is your gas tank full? Always remember, the engine goes further. Mother made my favorite treats wrapped in foil to refrigerate far away from where I'd be living after college. I mused looking at my parents, full of love for me and enough to go around for my siblings. Remembering as I looked back as I drove away. Mother waved with a kitchen towel in one hand. Dad waved with big hands on a small man. I love you I yelled. As I drove into adulthood.

The group of well-wishers clapped, "bravo girl," they said smiling throwing small rose heads at me dropped on the floor.

I'm Annabel and I feel very excited, about " My Book of Poems".

Small pink flowers, I did string, to wear on my wedding day while I wore Great Grand Mothers ring. She passed away, with a small gold band with one tiny pearl embedded in it.

My favorite beau asked for my hand in marriage, dropping to one knee even. Looking

at me," Will you be my Wife and marry me? And I said yes, of course, my faithfulness is with you always. And he agreed. Then we. Kissed passionately. " I remember you'd wanted your Grandmothers first wedding ring. I have this 18-carrot gold band I'm going to slip on your left-hand ring finger. When put together with my Great Grandma's ring it looked beautiful.

Hi, I'm Jay Rhinelander my poetry is read from a hunting trip with my Dad and Brother.

Fall Weather

I accepted I had not caught a big buck deer this time out. Dad did one head-on shot a buck defeated and lay on the ground dead. He tagged him. My brother Art shot the next one.

There I am stood up no Buck, empty-handed. I

Walk. Only to be seen helping to load deer into the truck none are mine.

He went to sit down then, and his friends clapped for him. This became a fun time, relaxing and subdued. To those who misunderstand knowledge about hunting deer, it is tedious, time time-consuming. Yet I shared a time I didn't get a buck.

" Has the newness wore off? Annabel asked him. "No, I think it won't either. A professor's job has been achieved not a curse," Jay told her. "'I'm sorry I meant well as a compliment," She said thoughtfully. " I know," he said "It's a humor sort of thing, come on I'm sure you have a sense of humor? They both laughed and then leaned in on each other by this time.

All too many times things are taken off the mark. She bit into a cookie made by the staff here. " What kind of cookie," double chocolate chip, here take a bite." Umm good," He said.

" Taste this next one, I'm going to have you guess the flavor. He chewed looking upward, let's see, another bite. I believe it is lemon, very good-tasting. " He then wiped his mouth, using a paper napkin. Annabelle decided on the next one cheesecake, with a strawberry jelly topping. " Close your eyes this is a surprise, Jay." He opened his mouth and chewed slowly. " Delicious, cheesecake, strawberry filling." Right, let's be done, I think

You're gonna get stuffed. And I'm going to feel

To blame for carrying it on too far," she laughed.

" Haven fun over there? Everyone else yelled. Waving to them. " They are sure a fun group," Anabelle said laughing, waving back at this time.
